This is a great hoverboard. My kids and I love it so much. It is easy to control and easy to use. The hoverboard is in good quality and it will be light up while we are standing on it. Also, the hoverboard is very sensitive and it is smooth to ride on it. Additional, the battery is pretty durable. I charged one time and we can ride it for so long. My kids have a lot fun. I have been on hold with support for 30 minutes and before that I did a chat with a robot that just kept asking if they helped me with anything. Expensive item for the battery life to only last 30 minutes MAX. We bought a $99 one from Walmart a few years back & that thing lasted HOURS.

This has been a great hoverboard so far! My daughter loves it, and has become quite 'skilled' in its use. We primarily use it to cruise around campgrounds when we're camping out, and it's great for that- The top speed of 10mph is a good cruising speed. Range is good. They claim 7 miles, but we've never tested that. I know we have been on rides in excess of four miles and had no issues, even with the route being a little hilly. Super disappointed in this purchase. My son saved his money and got this and it can’t hold a charge at all. We charge it all night and it runs for less than a minute.
