Decent little bike. Purchased for my 9 year old. I’ve rode it a few times (185#) seems to handle adult weight. Rear break feels sticky. Haven’t looked into how to adjust.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this bike on Sears.com before. It was cheaper. Sears don't have it now so I bought this version. Same body, same design, same product. Different colour and DIFFERENT seat. The seat stem is exactly the same diameter as the stem projecting upwards from the body of the bike. It is literally impossible to insert bike stem into the upwards hole from the bike body UNLESS you pry open the hole with a tool. The bike comes with a tool kit. ANd the upwards stem has a slit in it which I'm guessing, they want you to jam a wrench into, twist sideways to pry the edges apart like some rambo can opener and leave a jagged edge which is at least wider now, in which you insert the stem of the seat. So I did that, and now the circular clamp to hold the edges of the stem together, won't fit over that larger opening. I called Jetson, and they asked for this video, then they sent a nice email saying I can return the whole frikking bike to THEM< and they'll send me a new one. THe bike is already new. I just spent three days opening and unpacking this thing, and threw the cardboard away. So, no, I'm not gonna send it back. Unless Jetson send me boxes, tape, a new personality, and a few days to do it. THIS BIKE IS GREAT. So great that I bought this new one after my 3 year old version finally conked out. THe other older version? Didn't have this stupid seat glitch. I've heard about this seat glitch. Still a nice scooter. ... show more

    • The bike is slower and cruise control does not work at all

I have one it is mainly to replace the one i bought in 2022 the battery was becoming faulty but still work just not uphills So I bought a new one and it was faulty. It runs about 5 mins slower and the cruise control button DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! Other then that it does do up hill and moves and brakes work fine just its a little slower and cruise controls don’t turn on AT ALL!!! 1 month later UPDATE. The bike on this bike is soooo slow. Hardly any speed the first one I bought was awesome. I guess this one is a bit defective when it comes to gears ITS SLOW. I will see if someone can fix that issue 😏 ... show more

Check out the website yourself - all replacement parts are out of stock and the support search tool is a joke. Was a very weak ride from the start but battery finally died and there's no replacement that's not used or less than half the cost of a new one.
