This camera has surprised me with its quality and features. I stuck it in the yard to keep an eye on the dog when he was out. It worked flawlessly. It even put up with some rough winter weather (50mph winds, snow, -20F) and still did its job. After a week I tossed it on the basement to see how it does in complete darkness. the IR works great there as well. I like the switchable visible light- that's something I don't have on any of my other cameras. The Pan/Tilt motion is smooth. It's WiFi only, with no ability to cable-connect it, but its network connection has been very stable. You can't go wrong with this camera. Especially at this price point.

We had a moment in the beginning connecting, but with the help of Ren, with Jennov, we figured it out quickly. This camera is easy to use, has a great picture (the resolution is great). We are really pleased with it. We are early birds and we called the support line at 5:50 am. I told my husband, oh this is in California, it's too early and Ren answered. We lost connection (my signal) and he called me back. GREAT work REN. Very happy and inexpensive.

Was able to set it up with the app. It requires you to connect to a 2.4 ghz and have the camera scan a QR generated code. Then you can login and set up a password and username. It is possible to set it up with Blue Iris and block any outgoing connections. Camera view is nice and the connection is consistent. It allows PTZ control, auto night vision, voice options, recording options, motion detection options, and other standard camera features.

The camera appears to start recording before the event begins so the clips may be less useful in a theft event. Without subscription a few second clips included video starting before cars pass by. Starts before object is in the camera view. Seems like too much time between clips so misses a lot of action. The company encourages a subscription in order to get longer clips but no pricing is listed. A free trial is offered but I have not explored it yet because sometimes it is inconvenient to cancel. The app seems fine. You can set favorite camera positions and quickly move the camera by touching the position picture desired. I just received the camera which was very easy to install. Good video quality at night and daytime. The sensitivity can be adjusted and I have not explored this feature yet. It’s currently set for medium.

A bit complicated to set up truthfully it’s not wireless but once you figure out how to set it up it’s ok good quality nice features but motion sensor is a bit off I don’t like how you have to pay to review footage but it does the job you get what you paid for also doesn’t come with sd card which I didn’t know it required maybe because it’s my first time buying a camera it was a bit annoying

I am good at many things, but am technically challenged. So I spoke to a person named Jonathon, ay Jennov, several times. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through the set up . If I owned a company, I would definitely hire him!!! I purchased this camera to watch my dog in the backyard. This puppy was digging up the yard. I wanted to stop him. The camera worked. Was clear and even had voice. Could scan the entire yard!!!!!! SUCCESS!!!!! Thanks Johnathon. Without the excellent customer service, I might have returned this camera. THANK YOU!!!!!
