Even though I am happy with the item, two of the pieces came broken. Lucky enough the location of the broken parts were not visible when assembled. Returning the items was so difficult I decided to just live with it.

This matches a bed at one of the wholesale clubs we were looking at but missed out on before it sold it. This one actually ended up being cheaper. The item was packed very well. The parts were mislabeled, but we fairly quickly figured out on our own what needed to be connected. For more stability, I used the metal support rods from the bed I was replacing for the foundation instead of the wood boards that were supplied. The bed is solid, and it looks great. I love the color, the feel, the comfort, it makes me happy looking at it, felling it, climbing into it. I love sitting up in bed at night & reading, the padding against my head is so comforting. It was easy enough to put together by myself, but having a 2nd person would have been helpful. It's heavy and sturdy, carried piece by piece into my house and upstairs. This bed is GORGEOUS!! Absolutely in love. My boyfriend and I put it together in 35 minutes. The instructions were retry easy to follow, no words just pictures but there pretty self explanatory. We used the boards that are included, have a box spring and a 12 in mattress, so the bed sits high. I read through all the reviews on here, Overstock and Wayfair and decided to order with Amazon because of shipping. It came a day earlier than expected.
