The key to using these pans is to condition them the way the manufacturer recommends. I did and these are my favorite skillets of all time. I like the glass lid as well since it lets off just enough steam that lets things cook evenly with the correct amount of moisture. One of my pet peeves on a glass lid is that usually the dishwater gets caught in the handle area and it takes forever for it to drain away. Not this one. It's very user friendly. I recommend these.

Love the pots. Especially the extra quart size and 2quart size. BUT THE LID IS NOT A TIGHT FIT and too quick cook off of fluid. Hard making rice or potted recipes. Because of the lid, it’s a new cooking curve for me.
