This is my second set for my highlander. The first set the plastic end cap came off and started to rust on the ends. They did last about 5 years so I have no complaints for a car that's a daily driver and stay mostly outside

    • Defective crossbar covers.
One set of crossbar covers doesn't line up exactly where it needs to. I confirmed installation for everything else is correct and was able to use one set of covers properly. The site has no way of just sending replacement cross bar covers without full return and can't reach out to seller through the Amazon site. So now looks like I have to find another solution before our trip. ... show more

    • Nice car racks, lacking good installation instructions
The racks themselves seem sturdy enough, however the directions included were poor quality, difficult to read and incomplete. You need to have some mechanical ability and analytical thinking to install with the poor quality instructions provided.
