Pretty happy with this, it's very portable, pretty rugged. Perfect for hiking. The 5-hour battery life seems very little compared to other brands. At least you can charge it and listen to it at the same time. They could at least have pushed it to 7hrs though. I was tempted to get an equivalent priced Anker BT speaker. I have Anker sound core minis, and they're awesome earbuds. The only reason I didn't get it was because Anker still uses micro USB and I don't want another special cord just for that when I can easily use my regular USB-C cords that I have everywhere. Side rant, but not sure why Anker did that especially since the earbuds have USB-C to charge the earbud case 🀷. But the battery life on the Anker equivalent are over 3 times as long. That's pretty drastic..So I sacrificed quite a bit of value just to have the comfortability of charging it. But this is more outdoor friendly as far as having a little loop that you can easily clip to something etc. The Anker ones are outdoor friendly too but they're mostly for just sitting on the table or flat surfaces. They don't have anything for hanging on your backpack or anything like that. Just depends on what you value I guess. That said, these are still perfect if you want to watch a movie on your phone, listen to some good somewhere where you need some extra soundπŸ‘Œ Although personally, I don't understand why they didn't make the pause/play volume buttons in orange? My personal opinion, but I would rather have the bottom be the camo green but the buttons orange or both. Either way the control buttons definitely should have been 🍊. Just would have looked super sweet with that contrast especially since they already have orange accents. But on the other hand the controls are definitely camouflaged haha! I'd been using a hand me down Flip 4 for a few months now, but I found myself being more active and wishing it were smaller and lighter. Decided to peep prices for a smaller JBL bluetooth speaker and found this. Wow. Of course, being smaller it doesn't beat the sound quality of the Flip 4 but what it does do is fit in my pocket and make household tasks a breeze. I'm honestly impressed with the sound! The sound quality is impressive for a speaker of its size. πŸŽ§πŸŽΆπŸ‘Œ And the Bluetooth feature is easy to use and connects quickly with my phone. First of all, the battery life could be better. This speaker is so great. I leave it in my shower because it’s waterproof and use it everyday. Yesterday, I used it at the golf course as it’s the perfect size for travel. It has great sound quality and for a small speaker it is very loud.

Good sound for such a little guy. I enjoy listening to books, metal, etc on it. Anything with a lot of bass is a hard pass. I use this in a cooler. It gets wet and I've had no issue. The major problem I have is during an 8 hour shift this thing lasts me maybe 2 1/2 hours off of a full charge. I'm very disappointed in battery life!!! Yes I have it at max volume, but I just expected more from a name like JBL. Overall it's a good little speaker. No regerts ... show more
