    • Heavy But Solid
My first thought when I picked these up from the post office was, "Wow, these things are heavy!" Once I unboxed them I began to realize how well-built they were. My initial thought was that I had "overbought" but, once I put them into use at our church, I realized that these would serve us well and hold up to possible abuse by multiple users. There were no setup instructions so I was left to figure things out on m own. The legs don't seem to want to unsnap from the center section but eventually do once you put some force into it. Having a leveling leg can be a benefit, depending on where you use these. The gas struts seem to be pretty strong and had no problem raising our 26 pound JBL speakers once I released the catch. I have absolutely no experience with any other tripod brand so have no real comparison but, like most things, you get what you pay for and I am confident these will provide a long life of service. ... show more

    • Disappointed for the price
Changing my review after a couple months of use. They’re not wearing well nor does the self leveling truly work. The rubber feet on the bottom fall off easily. They look cool but I’d spend my money elsewhere next time.

    • I am afraid they are not steady enough!
These are beautiful stands, and at first glance they are convenient as they both fold perfectly and fit in one single bag. However, the stand are not strong enough to hold an average weight speaker (QSC K12). I had a hard time extending the legs to open fully and the plastic covers fall off easily (first time I used them, I had to place the plastic cover back on one of the legs). I waited to long to return them, that's was my fault. These speakers stands are also on the expensive side, so i can not honestly recommend them. ... show more

    • High Quality Stands, but do NOT fit JBL Partybox 310
The media could not be loaded. See the video where there is a lot of play in the hole. The 310 fits, but only if you don't mind if the Partybox 310 is loose and wobbles. The stands are high quality though! They seem to be a rebranded version of the Gator Frameworks GFW-ID-SPKR. The JBL Website is useless when it comes to figuring out if their speaker stands fit. JBL Partybox 310 Stand Hole is 36mm JBL Stand has Sliding Adapter for 35mm from 38mm The only solution to stop the wobble is to get a K&M 21441 Adapter Sleeve with Ring Lock here on Amazon. ... show more

    • Product is as described. When I opened the package, one of the legs had a dent in it.
One of the legs has a dent in it and for the price paid, that’s not good.
