Description

The DURABLE Key Box Plus with Combination Lock is made of brushed aluminum and compliments any dรฉcor. This dual key drop and key storage cabinet holds up to 30 keys in the drop compartment as well as 54 keys on the racks. This box comes with a starter set of 6 key tags which include 2 black, 2 dark blue, 1 red, and 1 yellow. The key tags have an extra-large snap-open label window with a patented key ring shaft. In addition, the key tag label can be easily exchanged without removing the key ring. Inside the key box, the key rails are height adjustable to the length of the key while a key control sheet on the inside of the cabinet door helps to keep track of all keys. The DURABLE Key Box Plus measures 15-3/4 x 11-3/4 x 4-5/8 Inches and wall mounting hardware and template are included.     • Great design bad lock

When we got the product we loved the design, the key holders, the mobility of the racks. We changed the code and I tested it without fail it worked properly. I then about creating labels and setting up keys, which again was super easy. No to the bad part which rendered the whole device a paper weight. I went to go retrieve a key after about 3 weeks and it wouldnโ€™t unlock with my new code or the original code. I set out to brute force the lock and I went through the entire 1000 combinations twice in case I missed one and the 900s three times because our code had started with a 9 Then I looked for a way to get in to reset the code and while itโ€™s a star but it has a raised bump in the middle which prevented me from being able to unscrew it preventing me from resetting the code. I know itโ€™s a safety feature but it has rendered the box useles with my keys inside and this review a 1 star. Sad in Iowa ... show more

This box looks fantastic, sleek, stylish and not at all out of place. The box itself seems a little flimsy but functionally seems to work great. I wish it came with more key tags (man are they expensive)

If you have a lot of keys and sometimes get them mixed up, this is a good way to keep them organized. We wanted one with a manual combination lock so that we don't need to change any batteries. It's only a three-digit combination so a determined kid might be able to crack it, but it should deter a thief who doesn't have hours to spend in your house. Fast delivery, delivered in the box the manufacture packed it in. Key box is as it reads. Plus I was able to reverse the key set inside so I can mount it up side down, to have the key opening on the reverse side without taking it apart. Easy to mount on wall.

Excellent design, quality workmanship, and easy to use. It replaced a cheaper keybox because the old one's lock broke. This is the Mercedes-Benz of key boxes! Worth the extra cost over the Chinese-made boxes, or the poorly-made competitors. Buy extra key tags, and consider getting more key rails, too. Download the templates for labels from the manufacturer's website, so you can print out your own labels for the tags, rails, and inner door directory. The cabinet is fine. The issue I have is that it says it holds 36 keys and they show a picture with all the pretty colored tags, but you only get "6 Sample" tags with the box. What good is that!!! Why would I order a 36 key cabinet with only 6 tags???? Now I have to order the other 30 tags and wait for those. I am a builder and I take good care of my clients. And though this seems like a small thing, this made me look bad. Just remember to purchase the number of tags you need separately. ... show more

This unit is a life saver. I had so many unlabeled keys laying around that I did not know which key went to what. So. I purchased this key cabinet, labeled all of my keys and placed the cabinet in my pantry (on the wall out of sight). Now, I can find any key I need in seconds. Love it!!!
