I have owned a pair of brown Ugg's for many years but needed a pair of black ones similar to those and these Ausland boots fit the bill. Very comfortable, fit perfectly, warm and though we don't get too much snow I know they will work perfectly when we do. I normally wear a size 9 shoe so that is what I purchased in this boot and there is plenty of room for a nice pair of socks. Bottoms seem a bit stiff since they are new, but I am sure after wearing them a few times they will adapt to my feet and walking style. Love love love these!! Wore these more than anything the entire winter (even through the snow and ice storm) and they were amazing. Kept me warm and dry! These winter boots are beautiful and fit awesome. They come to mid calf and that's fine also. The inside are also very warm and seem like they should keep your feet nice and warm.

These are half the price as EMU and just as comfy and waterproof and the color is a light sand color that is gorgeous. Addition I've had for 2 winters now. Still as fluffy and cozy warm inside. Got me through 2 brutal noreasters and subzero temps and still look as good as new. Size: 6.5 Color: Beige Ankle Boots
UPDATE: I returned the 6.5 and ordered a 5.5 and they do fit. That's about a half size smaller than I typically wear. They were out of the short boots in my size, so I went with the tall. They slid on with no issues, (I have a high arch) and I wore them the first day probably 10 hours, and they felt great! Following is my original review of the short boots in a 6.5: ------> They aren't really off-white, more of a very light taupe or even a light gray- but I honestly don't care! I love how padded and fluffy they are, I seriously can't believe how good they feel, and I own 2 pair of the "other" brand, these are serious competition to those! Maybe better since they cost about half, maybe less. I also want to point out that I have a really high arch, and these kinds of boots are always a gamble as to whether I'll be able to get them on. These slid on with no issues, HOWEVER, they do run large. Just a heads up! I wear a size 6 and only the 6.5 were available, so I crossed my fingers and ordered them. They are too long, but more importantly cut very, very wide. So I am returning, but I've already reordered them in a 5.5, hopefully they fit because I need these in my life. Stylish & Warm. But No Grip For Upstate Ice!. Purchased these in late 2024- early- for 2025 winter. I suppose the shoe techs" can make a more sturdier grip for upstate icy conditions. Im too old for slip-n-slide. I depended on these boots as my winter go-to" but ausland let me down. I yelled for a neighbor and he grabbed my arm using his muscle to walk me to work, while i was still slipping in these boots! The bottom rubbers need more of an ice-grip-protection for upstate icy conditions. ... show more
