This is great!! I got this because I wanted an affordable option as someone who is just starting to use KT for a long term injury i've had for years now. I think this is a great beginner option since you'll go through some tape messing up, so far it's been really stretchy and I like how long it is so you can cut it shorter if needed. though it can be a bit itchy at first application I dampen it or oil it when I need it to loosen up a bit to soothe the skin underneath. It lasts for a few days and is pretty comfortable! If you put it on incorrectly it can cause discomfort depending on the body part/numbness but after I started to use the tape correctly I've been having a bit more mobility and less knee pain! It won't be a permanent fix but good support for the long-term runner's knee i've had since I was a kid due to repeated injury to both knees!

Works well and stays on when wet. Obviously you can take it off but it will stay stuck. Be careful if you are putting any tight fitting clothing over so as not to pull up the edges.

Gives knees great support without the bulk of a knee brace. Usually stays in place 5-6 days. Lasts through showers, swimming and workouts. It takes a little practice if you are using them for the first time. I cut one strip in half and use to wrap around my knees in a U-shape. If the corners start to peel after a few days, just snip off the corner. The tape is breathable and has not caused any skin irritation. Definitely would recommend.
