Recently switch to Sunlu because of the reusable spools. but I found that sunlu has a a great selection of colors and each spools is tightly wound so there is less chance of tangles.

The SUNLU filament is good quality and price. I was surprised to find that it came with a "reusable" spool, so in the future I can buy filaments from them without the spool and I assume save even a little more cost.

Lack of consistency. I buy Sunlu exclusively but this filament was a bit stringy and had adhesion issues even though I dried the filament and cleaned the plate.

I don't know what is happening with Sunlu as of late, but both this chocolate brown and a roll of the same in yellow have just basically exploded. Both rolls were taken out of the manufacturer packaging and then dried fully before use in my Bambu AMS. This brand of filament is pretty much one of only about 3 brands I use, and I look for this first. But this...this was a complete waste and so was the yellow. There was NO salvaging it. My filaments are stored in airtight bags with multiple desiccant packs in there as well. There is no excuse for this to happen. One would be a fluke, 2 is not. This is not my first rodeo, and I've been printing for several years with even junk brands that I've tried not doing this. I tried to respool it even, to no avail. ... show more

It's definitely not chocolate color, it has a redish tint to it. I'm comparing it to bambu brown. It printed fine on p1s.
