I bought this bag in August of 2022 and filled it to 100lbs. I then suspended it outside on my back porch and used it anywhere from once to three times per week from then to now (October 2023). About two days ago when I started my workout, the straps broke and the bag fell. I'd noticed them getting frayed and individual threads were ripping a couple of months ago, but I'd hoped it would hold up longer. I assume this was primarily caused by the bag being exposed to sunlight. Maybe that's on me, but the marketing materials never stated anywhere that this was an indoor bag or that it shouldn't be exposed to the elements. Overall it's not a bad bag at all, and I don't regret the purchase, but just know that if you plan to use it outside, it might not hold up in the long haul.

I'm very happy with this punching bag bracket / hanger. I was looking for a solid bracket / arm that I would adjust if needed and swing the bag out of the way when it's not in use. As you can see in the pictures, I did a concrete mounting that will survive the next apocalypse. :) I Didn't use the mounting hardware that came with the bracket. I could have docked a star I guess, but it's solid and put together very well. As you can see, I used nice marine grade anchor bolts, 5/16 X 3 1/2 inches. If you are going to mount on concrete, you need to use the right equipment and apply careful attention to the drilling of the holes. If you try to use a masonry bit without a hammer drill, you are on a fool's errand if you ask me. The hammer drill makes the drilling go fast like a hot knife through butter. Again! Make sure and use the bracket as a guide for the drilling. You can't afford to be off very much at all on the holes. And make sure you are perpendicular to the wall. If you get it wrong, you won't be able to get the bracket on once you put all the anchor bolts in place. I actually put this up for my wife and after researching, I settled on this bracket. I mounted it so the top of the bag would be an inch or two below my wife's height. This will give a good range of adjustment even for me at 5' 10". And of course, you could a spring etc... to drop the bag down more if needed. Good luck on your mounting! Do it right... The bolts I purchased on Amazon were not cheap and I could only find them in a 10 pack. mg

This thing is great for getting out tension. Quality material filled it with winter clothes & opened up plenty space in my closet. Hung it on the pull up bar, beat it a bit then opened it and filled it more. Now it's legit. No sand needed.

It has heavy duty hanging straps and a bottom bungee cord slot for kickboxing. Overall it is a solid bag at a good price point and can hold up well when filled properly. The bag may be taller than expected for some home use and the included mounting hardware is not the best.

The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the tissue paper they included when folding the bag for transport stuck to the bag. When we opened it to fill it and present as a gift to someone, the tissue paper was adhered to the where the ink did not dry. Otherwise pretty good bag
