Very solid build, definitely worth the purchase. They were easy enough to put together, the only issue we found is that calibrating the brakes so that it does not hit the wheel. A workaround is to engage the brakes while tightening them in place to ensure they stay right in the middle. They are on the heavier side, but the quality more than makes up for this. They are quite the speed power house and have taken them over 32 mph on PAS 5 without changing any of the settings. I also like they are able to be folded and stowed in my car trunk without needing a bike mount. I haven't tested the battery life thoroughly, but they lasted for a good 15 miles on a windy day and still had way over 50%. I'm also impressed with the seat comfortability, I used to ride bikes often and was expecting soreness the first time using them. Typically it takes me 3 or 4 rides to get used to the seat but I had no soreness issue for these. That is definitely a plus. If you ride in non-paved areas, I recommend buying inner tube liners, and slime sealant to decrease the likely hold. I've already gotten a flat and it's such a bummer to get them in the middle of your adventure. Also don't forget to oil your gears and chain, and inflate those tires for maximum battery life. I was little nervous buying a lesser known brand of ebikes but I'm very pleased with them. they were easy to assemble and they're comfortable to ride. These bikes have a lot of high end features that you usually have to spend a lot more to get. The battery lasts a long time, how long they last will depend on how you use them, throttle only going as fast as you can will not last as long as PAS 1 (PAS=pedal assist level). What sold me on these was the weight capacity and the dual suspension. The bikes are well built and feel solid, I'd recommend pulling a little lube on the hinge of the bikes to make folding and unfolding them easier. Also I strongly recommend that you separate the keys as soon as you get them incase you lose them, like I did, getting a replacement is incredibly difficult and time consuming, I tried different local locksmiths to have keys made but no one was able. Customer service was able to help me order new keys from the factory, it was $40 and said it'd take about a month, fortunately I was able to find my keys and was able to cancel my order and get a refund but man! what a pain! The only nit picky downside to the bikes is if you're short, like my wife (5'5") dismounting the bikes can be difficult but she learned that leaning the bike over made it easy. Even though these are step thru bikes the step is higher that other makes because of the dual suspension mount. If you need a lower step thru model the HEYBIKE is very nice

My first e-bikes and I’m very happy. I bought these for quick local rides, pack into the car to take with on trips. I asked the seller several questions and they were very responsive. You should know that if you order 2 bikes, the bikes and racks will arrive separately. These bikes are fast and battery life impressive. Cushy seat and full suspension makes the ride very comfortable. Take out the battery to make assembly easier. I used the box as a work platform to ease the process. Last thing: rear basket is easier to install with rear rack off the bike. In sum- cool looking fast bikes perfect for my needs.

Ordered 2 bikes received 1 bike and 2 days later received the other. Not hard to put together only received 1 basket set which I did not put on they were pretty heavy. I have only ridden them once they do work well. Seem to be constructed good. There a couple of things noted the switch on the bottom does not have positions marked where you can see them, if you take the battery out you can see that it has 3 positions unlock, off and on. The PAS system works well you can adjust the speed before you start and the bike takes off when you start peddling. All and all this purchase was worth the money.

I have experience with e-back from a top e-bike (expensive) manufacture that rhymes with the word 'Bad'. I purchase 6 e-bikes from them and had issues with 4 of the orders. After the last horrific buying experience and return of the bike, I decided to look for other brands. That is when my research led me to Jasion bikes. I decided to get the X-hunter, because of the many features and the fact it was $700 less expensive than the other e-bike I had ordered and returned. Below are the top 10 reasons I am giving this bike a 5 star review. 1. Cost - super affordable compared to other brands 2. The build is fantastic - built to last! 3. Full suspension and comfortable seat 4. Tires... off road ability is insane! 5. The ability to increase the over-all speed - I can get over 30MPH! 6. Foldability means I don't have to purchase a $500 bike rack and still have to worry about the bike being stolen. I can easily place the bike in the rear of my Honda CRV. 7. Ease of use and the ride ergonomics are great. 8. Included fenders and rear rack - the headlight is a step up than what I've had in the past. The horn is an actual horn and not a cheap bell. 9. Distance per charge - I pushed it to 45 miles and still had 1/4 charge left! 10. The bike looks great! People ask me about it all the time - it's a great conversation starter LOL

My left crank arm came loose within a month. Customer support gave me the run-around for a month before my crank arm came off all together. Then they told me it was out of warranty. Cheap crap. Buy from Lectric. Or some other brand you've heard of. I wasted 2,300 buying a two pack for my wife and I. Now I have 1 working bike and 1 broken one.

Bikes were shipped fast and fairly easy to assemble. They are well built and faster than others in the same price range. I really like the rear suspension better than just seat post suspension. Overall I think these are solid E-bikes for the money. I have experience with several other brands between the two other bikes we own and multiple friends we camp with. I would say these are on par or better than the “biggest brand” many campers have and these are a far better value!
