Very solid build, definitely worth the purchase. They were easy enough to put together, the only issue we found is that calibrating the brakes so that it does not hit the wheel. A workaround is to engage the brakes while tightening them in place to ensure they stay right in the middle. They are on the heavier side, but the quality more than makes up for this. They are quite the speed power house and have taken them over 32 mph on PAS 5 without changing any of the settings. I also like they are able to be folded and stowed in my car trunk without needing a bike mount. I haven't tested the battery life thoroughly, but they lasted for a good 15 miles on a windy day and still had way over 50%. I'm also impressed with the seat comfortability, I used to ride bikes often and was expecting soreness the first time using them. Typically it takes me 3 or 4 rides to get used to the seat but I had no soreness issue for these. That is definitely a plus. If you ride in non-paved areas, I recommend buying inner tube liners, and slime sealant to decrease the likely hold. I've already gotten a flat and it's such a bummer to get them in the middle of your adventure. Also don't forget to oil your gears and chain, and inflate those tires for maximum battery life. I was little nervous buying a lesser known brand of ebikes but I'm very pleased with them. they were easy to assemble and they're comfortable to ride. These bikes have a lot of high end features that you usually have to spend a lot more to get. The battery lasts a long time, how long they last will depend on how you use them, throttle only going as fast as you can will not last as long as PAS 1 (PAS=pedal assist level). What sold me on these was the weight capacity and the dual suspension. The bikes are well built and feel solid, I'd recommend pulling a little lube on the hinge of the bikes to make folding and unfolding them easier. Also I strongly recommend that you separate the keys as soon as you get them incase you lose them, like I did, getting a replacement is incredibly difficult and time consuming, I tried different local locksmiths to have keys made but no one was able. Customer service was able to help me order new keys from the factory, it was $40 and said it'd take about a month, fortunately I was able to find my keys and was able to cancel my order and get a refund but man! what a pain! The only nit picky downside to the bikes is if you're short, like my wife (5'5") dismounting the bikes can be difficult but she learned that leaning the bike over made it easy. Even though these are step thru bikes the step is higher that other makes because of the dual suspension mount. If you need a lower step thru model the HEYBIKE is very nice

My first e-bikes and I’m very happy. I bought these for quick local rides, pack into the car to take with on trips. I asked the seller several questions and they were very responsive. You should know that if you order 2 bikes, the bikes and racks will arrive separately. These bikes are fast and battery life impressive. Cushy seat and full suspension makes the ride very comfortable. Take out the battery to make assembly easier. I used the box as a work platform to ease the process. Last thing: rear basket is easier to install with rear rack off the bike. In sum- cool looking fast bikes perfect for my needs.

Bought my wife and I the bike for each of us. Overall the bike is great and seems to be of good quality. The bike has a good bit of power for an affordable ebike. A little on the heavy side but that was to be expected. It’s a full size bike. The directions could have been better. The rack on back was bent a little on both bikes but not enough to return the bike. I’m 190 lbs and it pulls me good except for longer steep inclines where it seems to slow down a bit towards the top. But overall it’s a good bike for the price point and my wife and I are happy with the purchase and enjoy riding them around town.

I bought 2 Hunter Pro and we have almost 800 miles in 6 months of ownership. First E-bike owners. I looked at quite a lot of video review info before buying . The numbers were compelling . $2100 2 bikes best power and range in the class. We ride in some sandy and rough territory ( Green Swamp Fla ) These E-bikes work the back country quite well and we love them ! I think that these E-bikes are a very good value for the investment. I did say we (older adventurers ) Love the E-bikes. 2 E-bikes $2100 . Experience of exploring on the E-bike, value incalculable!

I purchased two bikes, one for myself and my wife. One bike was damaged in shipment. I emailed customer service and within three days. I had a complete crank assembly delivered. Simple install! These bikes are super solid and a lot of fun. Really impressed as to the value for the money. I would highly recommend these for anyone looking for a great E bike. Easy assembly, suspension is very comfortable for my 220 pounds and my wife’s 120 Ish. The app is super easy to adjust things/map out rides, change your PAS level speeds etc. they easily fold up but we travel in a van so I purchased a rack to put them on. I road for 24 miles without peddling, using battery power only and still had 40% of the battery left. Super stoked with our purchase. Looking forward to riding these around the national parks.

The brake fluid was leaking!! The brakes were assembled incorrectly in the factory or something. The brakes were assembly incorrectly is what my professional assembly person said to me. This first time he saw this and had to return a bike. Bike was damaged and incorrectly assembled back in the factory manufacturer. Waited for 2 to 3 weeks to get it put together just to find out the product was already damaged and made incorrectly. So disappointed!!!

Just took my dogs on a short 6 mile ride. I’m 61 and I like the way you sit upright when riding. I’ll probably up grade the seat for a wider one , but so far it’s been great. I’ve got some pretty good grades and I was surprised how well it pulled up the hills.
