Assembly was the hardest part, I had to request information on the stem/handlebar assembly which Jasion customer service promptly provided. Now I have just over 1000 miles on it. It is great for off-road terrain such as dirt tracks, gravel roads. 20 inch fat tires are perfect, set around 18 psi. I spot and shoot photos of wildlife and this bike gets me out there with no problems. First gear and PAS 1 are awesome for getting through bumpy/grassy/sometimes somewhat muddy fields. Throttle is good for getting me out of ruts, and up and down curbs. Recommended for this kind of off road. Rides well on roads too.

We bought a set of these 6 months ago and have loved every second of them. We haven't had a single complaint and have put 100+ miles on them. My oldest son was riding one of them on Saturday and had a crazy accident. Somehow something came loose and bent the front fork, front fender was taken up into the wheel, and completed bent the rotor in half. We can't figure out what happened. We took the bike to our local bike shop and they said they can't get the parts for this brand of bike. We were really worried about how to get it repaired, but I sent the company pictures and requested the items we needed. We were expecting to almost scrap the bike but the costs that the company gave us were more than reasonable! They have offered so much help with this and have been wonderful! Customer service is TOP NOTCH!

Love this bike! Got it to 31.8 mph. Super smooth and quite. Can barely tell when you go over bumps. Handling is great! Disc breaks are ok need some adjustments. A little heavy but folded up and fit easily in the back seat of my truck.

I just purchased the Jasion X-Hunter because I was having electrical issues with my higher priced ebike and still needed to get about while I was sorting the issues. The X- Hunter is proving to be a very solid bike and for the price it is unbeatable. In my commute hydraulic brakes would have come in very handy and the X-Hunter only has standard brakes, but this is to be expected. If it continues to prove reliable I might get some aftermarket. The twist throtle was a new feature for me and now that I'm more used to it it's not a hindrance, I mostly pedal always anyways. I ordered mine with the front and rear baskets and they are very heavy duty items. I won't be using the front basket, it's overkill for transporting items and ofcourse it looks dorky. The rear cargo basket is plenty large and made with tubular metal. The bike came with a rear rack. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, my other bike is running now, but I still find myself using the Jasion.

I've only ridden the bike about a mile, in the city. Was impressed with the power and response. There is more power assist while pedaling than expected also. The rear basket bolts were too long and the rear fender impeded them, easy fix with shorter bolts. My box didn't have any assembly directions so I went to YouTube as directed by the site. Unfortunately the motor mouth doing the build talked about himself too much and lost my attention. I had all parts played out, if you pay attention, you can put it together without directions. Took me 1.25 hours, including getting new bolts. Will update post after more riding.

Update: Jasion is going above and beyond in customer support. Upgrading to a Five! Good bike. Reasonably easy assembly. First ride was going well until a tire went flat. Just a "goat head" sticker. Was expecting puncture resistant tires on a trail bike... Going to have to upgrade the tires. Otherwise would be a five... Will update when I get it back on the trail...

I've been using the Jasion X-Hunter e-bike, and it's been an amazing experience so far! The 750W motor provides plenty of power, and I’ve enjoyed riding at speeds of up to 20 mph with my weight at 150 lbs. The full suspension system makes it super comfortable on rough terrain, and I love the foldable design for easy transport. The battery life is excellent, giving me a range of 55-70 miles on a full charge. However, I’m curious about how to reach the maximum speed of 30 mph. Any tips would be appreciated! Overall, this bike has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
