My son and his best friend each got one of these bikes for Christmas 2023 they were both about to turn 15 years old and they love to fish around the Monterey Peninsula and needed a way to transport themselves. After looking through many reviews we decided this was our best bet had fat tires that could go on more terrain and kept a good speed being that there full size high school boys, and the backside basket was great to be able to attach fishing poles When the boys got their bikes, they were so excited took off immediately Christmas Day to go ride around the bike trail in our town. They also tested him right away to see how far they could go on a full battery. They had so much fun on these bikes, it was a great purchase. Now fast forward, and we've had the bikes for quite a few months and yes, we've had a few issues with the bikes. My son had the de railer fall off while he was riding.. I emailed to the Jason customer service and they got back to me right away. We're so friendly and helpful sent out all the parts I needed. A month later, we had a problem with the brakes my son was riding and all the bolts came out of the front brake. I emailed the company heard back with them again within the day and they sent me out what I needed as well as a new chain which had been an issue when we got the derailer. Most recently he was riding home downtown and went up the curb and popped the rear tire. I reached out to the customer service again and again within 24 hours they had responded to me and a new tire was in the mail. Don't hesitate Just buy the bike it's a great bike. It's a wonderful price. My son and his best friend have had so much fun on these bikes and I absolutely love that. The customer service has been friendly, prompt and responsive to all of my needs to me. That's a huge selling point. ... show more

I just purchased the Jasion X-Hunter because I was having electrical issues with my higher priced ebike and still needed to get about while I was sorting the issues. The X- Hunter is proving to be a very solid bike and for the price it is unbeatable. In my commute hydraulic brakes would have come in very handy and the X-Hunter only has standard brakes, but this is to be expected. If it continues to prove reliable I might get some aftermarket. The twist throtle was a new feature for me and now that I'm more used to it it's not a hindrance, I mostly pedal always anyways. I ordered mine with the front and rear baskets and they are very heavy duty items. I won't be using the front basket, it's overkill for transporting items and ofcourse it looks dorky. The rear cargo basket is plenty large and made with tubular metal. The bike came with a rear rack. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, my other bike is running now, but I still find myself using the Jasion. ... show more

The bike is pretty heavy to lift but it rides very smoothly. Im 6' and 300lbs and i fit perfect on it. If i had one complaint i wish the handle bars were adjustable up and down.

I was very skeptical on buying my first e bike. Lots of bad reviews and lots of good reviews for all of them. I finally decided to pull the perverboial trigger and purchase 2 jaison x hunters. They arrived on time and in great condition. Both were very very easy to assemble. I bought these I'm mind of starting a bike rental in my small little town. Now I'm going to order 4 more. These bikes seem to be well built. I have not ridden them outside yet due to uncontrollable circumstances, ie snow. Looking forward to next week when I can get them to the lower land and go for a cruise. So far I'm very happy with my purchase. I will report more after the first ride. ... show more

I really like this electric bike, heavy duty Quailty. If I could say one thing that I didn't like it would be that the flat tire bikes are kind of Squirrley in corners other than that I ride the bike almost every day for fun.
