The rope seems heavy duty enough for things like diy roof work; I wouldn't use it for long term arborist use. There is no way to tell if the fall arrest lanyard is safe for a free fall until it is put to the test and I personally don't want to test it by jumping off a cliff; it certainly would be better than nothing. The big problem is the rope grab which is poorly made and barely functional. If your life is on the line, you don't want to depend on something that is barely functional. Throw it away and buy a real rope grab like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TDN8RHW and connect it with a suitable triangle quick link The eyes o0f the hooks included are not smoothly finishes where the rope loops through them and will soon wear out the plastic thimble that is supposed to protect the rope fibers from the metal hook. I cut them off and am using rated carabiners.
