The bike was relatively easy to put together. It took around 3-4 hours to assemble its very smooth on the road. This bike can really pick up speed sometimes it’s scary how fast you can go. Self- propulsion is awesome you wouldn’t even have to pedal if you didn’t want to but when you do pedal, you can pedal like it’s a normal bike or get help at any stage you want. Okay, I’ve had this e-bike for about a month now and I’m loving it. As with everything in life there are pros and cons. This is my take on it. The Jasion Patrol has five speed settings which basically act as governors to limit the power output. Obviously the lower settings translate into lower speeds and that’s good for control in crowded spaces. Settings four and five are where I run most times as I’ve been using this bike to commute back and forth to work. I should mention it does also have a walk setting to help you move it around however I find this really isn’t something I need or use. Easier to just put on setting one. Anyway, it’s there if you’d like that option. The higher speed settings have great response and get you moving especially when you need to move out of the way of distracted drivers. The brakes are great and stop you pretty quickly. Very good feature. Although the front brake is on the right side which I’m not used to. I guess this may have been done as a safety feature to try and keep people from doing wheelies. You can still do them 😂 I love that it has lights and the front light is very bright. The rear light is good I would like it if it was just a touch bigger to be more visible. However it is nice and bright even in daylight. There are no turn signals which would be a nice addition for future models. The horn is a nice touch although it’s not very loud. Probably would only be helpful for foot traffic situations. The seat is built well and the material pattern helps keep you from sliding around. Very nice. It’s also a good size for when you need to adjust your position for certain terrain concerns. There were other reviews which mentioned the weight is on the heavy side however I think the weight is good for the style of this bike and I like that the frame is sturdy and well built. I did also see some reviews that showed a problem with the kickstand being too upright and would cause the bike to fall over. I haven’t had that issue with mine. Perhaps it was a corrected issue or user error not navigating best terrain angles for using the kickstand being too. All in all I’m really happy with this bike and have been having a blast riding it. It handles great and has been wonderful to ride. I ranked it a four star as I think there are a couple things which I noted that could make the bike even better. Great job overall Jasion and when I wear this bike out I’ll be coming back to see what else you have for me. 😊 ... show more

These bikes are very sturdy, well-built and cool looking. Folding it is a little bit of a challenge for this old gal, but I can do it. Our particular model (the X Hunter ST) has nice bells and whistles for the price point. They are fast in the higher assist levels and fun to ride! The only thing is, I wish the tool kit included a small enough hex wrench to adjust the brakes which causes an error and the bike assist won't work. The Jasion Thunder Pro offers excellent value for the money. It was easy to assemble out of the box and feels fairly sturdy. I'm 6'3" and 265 pounds, and I found the bike’s length a bit short for off-road riding. It’s probably better suited for riders no taller than six feet. I purchased an extended gooseneck from Amazon, which added about three inches to the length. As recommended in other reviews, check the tightness of all bolts before going on your first ride. This is the fifth e-bike that I have purchased, and I’d recommend this bike. It’s very fast and delivers great performance for what you pay. One downside were the mirrors included with the bike—they’re cheaply made, don’t extend very far, and after a couple of uses, both stripped. I recommend purchasing an extended mirror as well as an extended goose neck from a third-party vendor if that’s important to you. ... show more

Shipping-excellent Packaging-excellent Assembly-easy pz Now the ride - comfortable,fast,smooth (I reached 36.7 mph) not the fastest bike out there but fast enough for my needs. I’m just about 6’ and this bike fits me just right. Jason makes an awesome E-Bike for the money.
