Received the bikes earlier than expected and just put them together last week. Super easy. Everything fit together well. For the review on here that had a bent derailleur, there is now a bar that protects it, so no problem there. Took them on their maiden ride yesterday and everything worked great. Struggled a little with power on hills but peddle assist helped with that. Went on about a ten mile ride into town and battery didn’t even go down on the display. Ride, handled, and shifted well. Super comfortableFront shocks assisted on the bumps. Has plenty of speed for me. Came back at night and the headlight lit up the street in front of us. Altogether happy with the purchase. Only issue was a small tear on the bottom edge of the seat but barely notice it.

We purchased 2 of these, and have about 20 miles on each of them. So far, they are just as advertised. They reach a top speed of around 27-28 on a slight decline. Uphill they do get to 15mph depending on the incline. Love the power assist, however, you have to be prepared when you pedal a little, it will just take off. The battery life has been impressive, in fact, we haven’t tapped any more than 1 bar after several miles so can’t comment on total battery life. Easy to put together, the video guides you right through. Only issue so far is the front light/fender screw. Be careful, one of ours stripped out with very little torque, it must be just plastic nut. Lights are ok, front is sufficient but rear tail/brake/turn light isn’t very bright. Great value for the money overall!

We have owned the e-bikes for 3+ months now and taken them on 8 bike rides typically 10-30 miles (rail to trail paths). Overall we have been satisfied but only 4 stars due to the number of small issues we had to address to date. Battery life has been excellent. Pedal assist work well with first assist speed at 11 mph and 15 mph for second speed assist (typically on flat ground and up moderate hills). Top speed is around 25 mph but no idea why anyone would want to race along at that pace. Bike frame and 7 speed gearing is well constructed. Cable management is well done and lighting (brake and turn signals) robust. Assembly was easy. However, elements of construction are cheap (e.g., gear shifter) and both bikes required numerous adjustments to operate correctly with brakes being the main issue. On one bike there was brake drag on the front disc and on the other the back brake was too loose. Took a while but in both situations fine adjustments corrected the deficiencies. One handle bar gear shifter broke on our third trip. It is a well known bike brake manufacturer part but nearly all of the assembly is cheap plastic. Luckily, the OEM replacement part is only $15 and changing it is pretty straight forward. Tires have been our other issue. One tire blew on our first ride and since it was a rear tire and I did not want to deal with rear wheel disassembly to replace the tire, we used a professional shop. Looked like damage to the rim of the tire during assembly or original tire manufacturing. Had shop inspect both bikes and found similar issue with second tire. Again, appears to be a lack of quality control with the tires. So while we had a number of small issues, overall we are satisfied with the e-bikes given their price point and our plan to use them on typically paved or packed dirt roads and rails to trails.

This ebike rides smooth and comfortable while riding. I had purchased 2 other ebikes before this one and by far this one is with out doubt the best out of the 3. I like the fact that it comes with turn signals wich is a plus for me. And the battery pops out if you wanted to charge it inside your house. If your looking for an ebike that is well built and fast this is the one for you!!!

Where do i start... The description makes no mention as far as the bike's class however, their video shows it riding city roads and in the forest. *Be advised*!!! this is a class 3 bike and will not be allowed on many bike trails even if you modify it's speed via software settings. So after realizing this, I tried to find a resolution by communicating with the manufacturer. For several days i emailed their customer service just to receive very polite " A I " responses but never a real resolution. Among some of the resolutions they offered, one that stood out was "you can sell it or give it to someone in need" WOW. Also I found it very suspicious that one of the bikes had it's battery charged and the second bike did not. Coincidentally, the bike that came out of the box wit a charged battery had a crooked wobbling front wheel and few minor scratches. so my deduction is that they are selling used (returned) bikes as new. I was already frustrated from dealing with their A I e-mailer about the first issue so i decided to call Amazon Customer service to see if they can intervene and their rep was able to find a resolution in a matter of minutes. Thank you Amazon !!! Bottom line, if you buy this product you'll enter a Russian roulette, you may be lucky to get a new bike or not and if you happen to have an issue, don't count on their fake customer service. They may or may not be willing to own up to their mistake and offer a real resolution after injecting days of frustration and stress into your life. As far as the bike. it's smaller than what they make it look, Brakes are HORRIBLE and the ride it's pretty rough. I liked the packaging.
