I purchased this electric dirt bike for for my son, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue is that the bike is extremely small much smaller than it appears in the listing photos and description. My son is taller than average he’s about 6’3 and the bike was simply not suitable for him to use safely or comfortably. While I understand that sizing can sometimes be subjective, the real problem started when I tried to return the item. I followed the proper steps to initiate a return, but the seller refused to accept it unless I paid an additional $300 return shipping fee. This is on top of the $300 I already paid just to have the bike shipped to me. At no point during the purchase process was it clearly disclosed that returning the item would cost this much. Charging such a high fee to return an item especially one that doesn’t match reasonable expectations is extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unfair. For a purchase of this price, that over $1200 customers should feel confident that they can return the item without being hit with excessive and unexpected additional costs. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Pros: • Bike arrived as ordered • Packaging was adequate Cons: • Misleading size/scale in listing • Cheap not well made or sturdy • Not suitable for taller kids • Extremely high return shipping cost • Seller unwilling to work toward a fair resolution & doesn’t want to accept returns. Final Thoughts: I would strongly recommend that buyers be very cautious before purchasing this item. Make sure you fully understand the sizing and, more importantly, the seller’s return policy. If the item doesn’t work out, you could be stuck paying hundreds just to send it back or they offered me $50 to keep the item which was honestly insulting. ... show more
