Use caution! Buyer beware! This is a foreign (outside US) company and they do not conduct business as a usual Western Amazon customer is accustomed to! I purchased this 2 bike combo month ago. I’ll start with the most important issue first; bike operation. One bike works flawlessly! Very happy with it, works as designed! Good for Jaison! Second bike has been a NIGHTMARE! Out the package, it already looked “pre owned”. After assembly, I got no power. I did all the troubleshooting and no power. Contacted Jaison for support (every communique takes 2-3 days for a response because they are based abroad btw) and they started to send me replacement parts to fix the power problem, myself! First they thought it was battery. Nope. Then the controller assembly (which was difficult to switch out with their hard to follow instructional YouTube videos) which finally brought power to the bike, but had an error code on the display, which indicates the throttle is bad! The whole purpose of the e-bike is to have power and THROTTLE! So now they are sending out a new throttle replacement that looks hard to assemble. They offered $30 USD for me to take it to a local shop to do the work, but shops locally cost at least $100 to even look at it. They then offered $80 to do the work myself. Gee thanks! I’ve asked to return it and asked for a replacement bike and they keep stalling. It seems they are trying to keep me fixing the defective (probably poorly refurbished) bike they sent me. Now they have offered 2 free rear view mirrors or $50 (I deserve way more than this for this boondoggle I’m in ) for my trouble that is still ongoing a month later! Shipping was a problem as well! Products were suppose to come with 2 baskets and 2 extra seats. Bikes came in separate order 4 days apart, not a problem, only one basket came. Had to reach out for that. Week later 2nd one came. Then after about 2 weeks I still didn’t record extra seats, had to reach out for that too. Every replacement part that I have to install MYSELF takes 2-3 business days to arrive from ABROAD. Very frustrating and dissatisfying. Their customer service is very slow to respond and is definitely using AI because the writing of the emails is just to good. Wry friendly and compassionate and understanding and apologetic but not good enough to make this customer happy. I am not a bike shop to fix a broken product for 4 separate issues, I’m the customer with a lot of patience but not a sucker. SEND ME A NEW BIKE JAISON! It’s the right thing to do. You get 2 Stars because your product is cool WHEN IT WORKS PROPERLY! As I said the one bike is awesome, that’s what makes this so annoying!
