THIRD PARTY SELLER ISSUES!!! Impossible to return! The seller is not at all helpful and after numerous messages, I still have not been able to return this bike. We bought two of these bikes one for me and the other for my husband. We kept the one for my husband but due to my height, I do not feel comfortable riding a bike of this size and weight. The frame is too tall and heavy. At 5' 4" it is unsafe for a small framed person. The bike has never been assembled or ridden, and the odometer is at zero miles. I have continued to request labels to return the 3 boxes shipped to me, yet I still have not received them. One box for the bike, one box for the basket and one box for the additional back seat. I would not buy this bike just because if it doesn't work out for you... returning will be a nightmare!!

I love the bike. I love the assembling process it made me appreciate the effort that wents to build this bike. The Bike Hand Down is one of the most impressive off-road and street-legal e-bikes I have tried. Compared to other bikes that may perform similarly or slightly better than the Retrovolt, which can cost up to 2k, this bike is definitely packing a powerful punch due to its value per 💵💲. Another advantage of this bike is its size if you are tall like me. This bike is lovely. Cons Pd1 The throttle return spring could easily wear out. I had to readjust the front and back brake. Neutral point Pd1 The back seat needs to be slightly improved as in the durability of screw latching in the seat. I say this because I accidentally tour the back seat of the screw out, lifting the backtire of the bike. Pd2 The battery life is average for this bike.

This e bike has a lot of great qualities and a few bad ones but that’s ok because it’s still a great electric bike. The good qualities on the bike are its looks, speed, and value for money. It does make a lot of noise because it’s electric but it makes a nice rev when you accelerate. The cons of this e bike is that the battery life in my opinion doesn’t last very long around 4 hours. The second con is the suspension, the suspension on this bike is very stiff and feels like your riding a hard tail bike. Finally, the brakes are not very good and they make a weird noise when you’re riding. In conclusion, i would recommend buying this bike for its great qualities and maybe invest in the not so good qualities if you do end up buying this e bike. (the bike goes around 30mph for its top speed it varies on the battery life).

Bike arrived in great condition due to the packaging. The setup was simple and took 30 mins tops. Adjusting the brakes took the longest, but was well worth it to avoid any rubbing, noises and ensure that the brake handle travel was correct. My son loves his new ebike and has put over 60 miles on it in 3 days. It's well built and the quality matches his friend's Super 73. I reached out to their customer service a few times while we waited for the bike and each time we were met with a friendly response. The bike, basket and rear seat all ship separately. The bike took the longest to ship and sat for a few days after the shipping label was created before being handed over to the shipping company. Everything was delivered within the estimate delivery date that they indicated. Overall we're happy with the purchase.

Very nice looking! we had an issue but after customer service being thorough to resolve the issue via chat, we weren’t able to get it resolved so they sent me the replacement part needed and now all is good!

This bike has been a great bike so far! I’m surprised how great its quality is despite being much cheaper than other e-bikes out there. It’s very sturdy and strong, it has a really good battery too. Would definitely recommend to others!
