Not a bad little scooter. Not even 15 minute setup out of the box. Very well packaged too. Shipping was 2 days faster than Amazon quoted. Got it up to 23mph on a flat surface. The acceleration is a bit underwhelming but I am used to 3000w setups, and my wife seems happy with it. The speedometer is also very accurate as we tested it against my bike and gps. This thing is very sleek looking, most wires are hidden, brakes work good, and battery life seems adequate all though we haven’t really pushed it yet. The loud horn was a nice touch and the turn signals while unnecessary are nice. The headlight is pretty weak. It does the job but just barely. With how bright low wattage LEDs are today I’m a little perplexed as to why they chose such dim light. But with 99% of our riding being daytime this isn’t an issue for us. My only real complaints are the front wheel has a bad vibration to it. Most likely the tire isn’t seated on the rim correctly which requires deflation and reseating, which is fairly annoying to do on a new scooter but not that big of a deal. Also, the metal rod under the seat used for adjusting the height of the seat is WAY too long. I’m 5’8”, so average height, and have it on the lowest setting and it feels comfortable, and there’s 8” of rod sticking out from the bottom. This looked pretty awful and seems unnecessarily long. Don’t see the vast majority of people needing that much. I just cut off the excess with a grinder wheel and it looks much better. Over all, we are very happy with its looks and performance. If you’re looking for rocket acceleration maybe look elsewhere. If your looking for a smooth ride with sleek looks, and ease of use, this is totally worth it.

Came with no damage, easy to assemble, instructions would be helpful. Bike seat clamp sucks. Fast shipping. Instructions on line aren't accurate, never says there's a start button, it says to press M, that doesn't work. Very nice seat and grips.

DO NOT BUY THIS JASION BIKE. I ORDERED IT AS A GIFT FOR MY MOTHER WHO HAS TROUBLE WALKING FAR. IT WAS DELIVERED AND APPEARED TO PREVIOUSLY HAVE BEEN OPENED, AS PARTS WERE LOOSE AND THERE WAS NO OWNER'S MANUAL. THE BOLTS HOLDING THE BACK TIRES IN PLACE ARE ALSO RUSTED A BIT. I WAS WILLING TO LIVE WITH THAT, SO I CHARGED THE BIKE OVER NIGHT. UNFORTUNATELY, THE BATTERY IS BAD AND WONT HOLD A CHARGE. I EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH DETAILS AND THEY ARE GIVING ME A HARD TIME GETTING A REPLACEMENT BATTERY FOR THE "BRAND NEW" ELECTRIC TRICYCLE I THINK I WILL JUST RETURN THE DAMN THING

This is my first ebike it was easy to assemble. The bike does great on and off road but struggles to go up hill. Im 6 foot tall and it feels a touch to small but not unrideable.

Great product! I am very happy with the customer support I have gotten. I ran over a stick and got a flat tire and they sent me a new tire immediately. I highly recommend buying from this company, and the bike goes fast and is fun to drive as well!

We loved this purchase so much we made it twice!! Great e-bike for beginners!! Assembly was so easy, the bike is well made, and the battery lasts a while however if you plan on riding more than 4 hours take your charger! Bonus is that customer service is amazing if you need anything!
