The media could not be loaded. Nice average starter bike...I wanted to get into ebiking to ride to school and I saw jasion was a somewhat refutsble brand but didn't wanna spend extra on the site so I saw this deal 370 on Amazon with $50 shipping. Important: *read the booklet it comes with I got 20 miles before it died on me with less flat road, *definitely watch an assembly video on YouTube I watch this guy do it it was easy to put together altho I messed up the direction of front wheel so took over an hour. *it comes like 75% built so only need to put seat, front light, handlebar and wheel on. *pretty nice to ride I have to try tighten my front wheel it does get a little wobble. Cons: *despite it has front suspension if u don't have fat tires or spend more money on a more mileage and higher quality road or MTB then try to ride on flat roads more it does get a little uncomfortable to ride on bumps. * had to change out the seat like most bikes for s more fusion and suspension seat as the default seat hurt my croth badly since it's so stuff. Also the seat broke off and the post was scratched after first use but I was planning on getting a new seat anyway. *back light broke off too *ofc these bikes weigh more it weighs like 55-60lbs which isn't bad I can carry it a little or pick it up more compared to other bikes. Overall: I got a class 2 ebike cuz city laws and I don't wanna have to have my liscene to ride a bike and also not all the time I ride on the road. However getting the class 2 ebike has a throttle is another reason and class 3 sometimes is Petal assist only. So in total it's not bad it's not like those expensive bikes that have more than 25 range you get what you pay for it gets me from A to B. Either way I feel like it's a good buy for your miney if you don't have too much expectations. It's your average starter bike. It's not overly. This is a beginner low expectation bike so if u don't care and are just looking to ride around have fun or maybe use it for school like I do then up to 25 mile range is far enough. ... show more

    • My first e-bike so far I’m very impressed
First time I saw an e-bike I wanted one, however the first ones I saw were very expensive way above my pay grade. I’ve been shopping around for a year trying to find something affordable being that I’m an occasional rider I didn’t want to invest an arm and a leg and take a second mortgage on my house and get a third job to pay for it. This bike impresses me because it’s very solidly built. Everything seems accurately in place love the charging system. The tires are not too huge and for a 6 foot three, 210 pound guy like me, it makes sense. I got extended guarantee because the 30 day guarantee to me is not enough, but so far so good. If you’re looking for an affordable e-bike I think anybody would be happy with this one. Also love the British rap racing green color. PS, today I finally took a ride, after being sick for 3 weeks and the weather etc. It road beautifully, smooth, everything felt great, just as I expected it would. Good investment! ... show more

Wow! Where do I start. If I could give a lower than 1-star I would. First, the tires do not last long at all. I purchased two of these bikes for my kids for Christmas and within two weeks the tires were worn out. Then on the third week one of the bikes stopped working. I reached out by email and two days later they asked for a video of what was happening. I sent a video and was told two days later that it was the controller. I received the controller a week later only to find out that was not the problem. Sent another video. The two days later they said it was the motor. I received the motor another week later. That fixed the problem. My son was without his bike for about 4 weeks. Then about 3 weeks later the second bike experienced the same problems. Sent another email with a video two days later was told it was the controller although I told them it was doing the same thing as the other bike. A week later the controller arrived and low and behold it still didn't work. Sent another email and video. Three days later they said that they would send out the new motor. But the motor was on back order and would not be in for another month. My kids got these for Christmas and have only been able to ride the bikes two out of the four months we have had them. Please beware before purchasing due to a good price because these bikes are cheap and the customer service response time is horrible. ... show more
