Fantastic Ebike! bought this for my daughter, she promised all A’s and B’s every quarter. It is perfect size for her. It came unlocked and she got it up to 29mph 😳 (I’m working with her on the safety side of going that fast) she absolutely loves the color and can’t wait to cruise with me. Took about 1/2 hr to put together (I took my time) super easy, all tools included but I used my own. Shipping was 4 days lightning fast, packed extremely well. So I purchased this bike for my Daughter it was well received, the only problem was the battery had a issue. After going through the proper channels they fixed the issue. They try to make the customer feel like number one! I’m on deployment and far away but they didn’t want my daughter to have a sad day. They reassured me to fix the issue which they did. Most companies just blow you off but this company didn’t. I am highly impressed with their ability and willingness to help people with their problems and their needs. Which is hard to find these days. I for one will say this if you want a good E bike with a peace of mind get one from them only! My daughter loves the bike and that’s all that matters. Bought this for the wife. She is impressed. I have the Hunter Pro also from Jasion and I love it. Looking forward to all our future adventures. 20x2.5 inch tires seem good for most trails and roads. I wouldn't consider it a Fat tire bike. Assembly was simple and quick. Well packaged and arrived in great condition. Shipping was delayed but to their credit they called and wanted to see if a three day delay was acceptable if not the offered a full refund. Impressed thus far with Jasion and their products. I think some electric scooters are in our future from Jasion. Kids are jeleous of Mom's and Dad's bikes. Speed and power is much more manageable and smoother on this bike vs the hunter pro for the wife. I found the power fine with this bike and I am a 6'2" 260lbs man.
