Super high quality and exceeded my expectations. Shipping was fast from a New Jersey warehouse. Bike accelerates quickly and keeps up with traffic easily. Charging is convenient because I can effortlessly remove the whole battery instead of carrying the whole bike upstairs. Easily assembled. It came with all the tools required. Great design, easy fold down frame and handle bars for storage or transporting in a vehicle. We purchased the pink version which is a beautiful pearlescent pink. The images don't do it justice. Great battery life, fast charge time and with the pedal assist it's pretty quick. It is my first time with an electric bike, and I haven't ridden a bike since I was 16 and had a run of the mill 24" mountain bike from Walmart or maybe it was the Kmart back then. I finally got a chance to test it out in the garage of my building and wow it really works! Even with me at exactly 300 lbs, it takes off like a bat outta h*ll with the slightest touch of the throttle! The garage of my building is small, and the brakes stop me within 2 seconds. So give yourself 2 seconds of space to stop! I can really feel the shocks react and bounce back when coming to a stop! It feels crazy fast! Maybe I am too old for this?! Haha! The seat still gave way a little bit but is not swinging wildly around like it was before I bought a universal torx wrench to tighten the thumb screw more for my weight. I do not feel like this will be an issue riding considering my larger size. If it does, my fix will simply be to duct tape it ridiculously good and thick! I'm sure I can handle it! It probably does come with the territory of being a heavier rider. Customer service has been very responsive with my question about tightening the seat. I still can't imagine anyone able to do that by hand alone. But they have offered to send me an accessory of choice and I feel that's incredibly generous and good customer service. The bike sure is heavy and solid, definitely high quality, and I'd expect to get a whole lot of life out of it. It will just take some practice and retraining, as I am old and have been out of practice and driving a car for so many years. I did always imagine myself getting a motorcycle in my golden years, so maybe that will be in my future once I get the hang of this very powerful electric bike. ... show more

Well worth the money! I have had so much fun on this bike and it was affordable. It goes about 28 mph full throttle unassisted. Down a hill maybe 30 mph. I like that you can take the battery out to store it in a climate controlled environment or to charge it that way. I did buy a new seat which helps comfortably as well as makes the bike look better. The build quality is great, and this has been a great beginner ebike for me. My biggest complaint is there is no owners manual that comes with it, just a Q code to watch a video. They should of listed the printable manual below it for easier assembly. You had to hunt for the user manual, and would of been nice to have to help assemble the bike easier. Yes you can print one out, but when you spend a good amount of money a user manual should be included. Not everyone owns a computer or printer these days. I took it to a local ebike shop to have him look it over, and the derailer (spelling) was bent from shipping. I rode 30ish miles and just felt like the gears weren't working right. I would suggest taking it to a ebike shop to make sure everything is adjusted properly and the derailer didn't get bent from shipping. Overall it's a fun bike, perfect size for me. The pink is absolutely pretty, and I get lots of compliments on it. The online picture doesn't do and justice. I will update this in the future if I run across any issues.
