I’m 66+ years old and this is my first e-bike. I chose this one after watching positive reviews on You Tube and a very reasonable price. I am impressed. What may not matter to some, I’m going to start with just the packaging. Every piece of this bike was packaged in foam to prevent scratches/dents. This had to be an extra cost for the company. Very well done. Assembly was simple and took me about 15 minutes to put together. This bike is very well made and looks great. The seat is comfortable and the brakes work great. This is my first e-bike so I’m still learning what is best for me with pedal assist and gears. I haven’t ridden it long enough yet to test the battery. I will tell you this bike is fast. Will definitely go with Jasion for my next bike.

I bought 2 of these ebikes. I was skeptical at first because all the reviews say they come damaged but THEY DON'T both bikes r in perfect condition and work flawless. very easy setup tons of power. very easy bike to pedel. I had a question about them and wrote jasion and they wrote back the same day. I 100% recommend this ebike if your looking for a cheap good all around one you can't go wrong here

I was looking around for a bike that would work well and wouldn’t break the bank as I was trying to save money and getting a bike for commuting and saving money from paying vehicle maintenance, I bought this bike hoping it would help and it did a lot more than that it had a very good level of comfort, battery life and honestly the speed did lack at first but after I found how to get the PAS setting adjusted it started flying and the performance of it was better then I hoped, one of the things I did struggle with was assembly as with some carriers it had a few bangs in the box and later found out the brake rotor was slightly bent which affected the noise level as well as the braking ability but after taking it to a bike shop to adjust it went smoothly and was easier to reassemble. Another problem I had was the brakes not being fully tuned but that was not such a big issue as I had that taken care of with a few screw adjustments so the noise level went down significantly after that. All and all for the bikes price it definitely was worth the money. I did have an issue with a fall I took which broke the left derailleur shifter but after talking to customer service rep kalea she helped me get a new replacement part shipped out fast and can’t wait to get it adjusted to go flying down the road again!

Pros: It's low cost ebike on Amazon that gets up to 20 miles an hour on throttle alone. Battery is easy to remove and charge with the bike being heavy which both a con and a pro as it is harder to steal no doubt. Comes with an extremely bright headlight, like it's seriously bright. Cons: If you're short like me (5'8") you will have trouble with this bike as you can't sit on the seat with having both your feet on the ground. Bike had all the parts, but a front tire that required us to remove the installed front bolt as it was sheered off in the factory or delivery, requiring us to install the spare. It's a heavy bike and hard to peddle without power assist, but is effortless with it. Not the most comfortable thing to sit on, but it gets the job done. Verdict: Might have problems if you're shorter, some difficulties in putting it together. Fast and nimble as a good commuter bike, would buy a different seat.

This is my first e-bike.Came well packaged and easy to assemble.Sometimes though,no matter how well something is packaged,shipping an item this size can be a victim of rough handling.The front wheel was bent,but a couple of emails to the customer service rep Kalea,a new wheel was sent quickly.Thats great customer service.It is a cool bike.It rides smooth and is pretty fast.A blast to ride.My wife wants one now,so Ill definitely be ordering a similiar Jasion model for her.

I’ve put about 500 miles on this eBike so far, and it has been a solid performer. It reaches speeds of around 25mph, which is great for commuting or casual rides. The brakes are adequate, providing decent stopping power. One of the standout aspects is the responsive customer support, which is always helpful when needed. Overall, a great value for the price!

My son has been asking for an electric bike for some time. He had one a few years ago but quickly outgrew it. For context my 14-year-old in 6"2 and weights around 220lbs. So purchasing a bike for him was harder than expected. This bike checks all boxed. He rides comfortably and still gets the thrill of riding an electric bike. Also, the battery life is impressive. He can go on a few rides before needing to recharge. Great bike for a great value.
