For those sitting on the fence about this bike, go ahead and buy it. You will not regret it. Shipping. My daughter and I jumped on the 2 bike sale. The bikes were shipped separately and came in days apart. FedEx was delayed on one of the bikes, but to be fair, it was over the Thanksgiving Holiday. One bike was received in 5 days, the other took 9 days (the Monday after Thanksgiving). Overall, they arrived in great condition and were easy to put together. Riding. We live in a very hilly area. These bikes not only power up all hills, they are super fun as you do it. Crossing intersections is a breeze with the throttle. The fat tires give a sense of stability and I am comfortable going off curbs and over speed bumps. The controls are super easy to understand and placed in a way that I don’t even have to take my hands off the handlebars to make adjustments. I watched many many videos on this bike and suggest anyone do the same. YouTube has a lot of reviews and instructional videos…highly advise checking them out. They enabled me to jump right on and, with a few quirky moments, get straight to riding. Size: I am 5’6 and my daughter is 5’3. Both of us are thickolicious 🤪. I was worried that the bikes might be small…NOT. The frames are seriously built thick, tough, and heavy. We adjusted the seats barely a third of the way up and it was more than enough. I can see how anyone 6ft could be comfortable riding these bikes. I would advise getting oversized seats for those like us with extra padding. Can’t really say how the seats that came with the bike feel because we ordered Bikeroo oversized seats that came at the same time as the bikes…so not trying to balance on skinny seats. Might be ok for smaller bottoms. Suggestions: I really have no suggestions for improvement on the bike. I will say though, these purchases are essential: Oversized bike seat Phone mount (awesome for directions and music) Mirrors - We are purchasing those next. Looking over our shoulders feels dangerous with the power of the bike. Knee pads - My very next purchase. Again, the bike is powerful and quick to accelerate. I forgot to lower the pedal assist back to 1 a few times…glad to have a little extra cushion on this frame when I took those spills…lol. When you start back up in pedal assist 3🙄, be ready or be grounded. Bike came out unscratched though. Helmet - yeah these babies pick up some serious speed going downhill. Haven’t took a spill doing that yet, but we plan to be well padded for that certainty. We’re seriously daredevils, so it’s an eventuality. Commuting: We live these bikes so much, we are both riding them to and from work now. I’m going 3.5 miles one way; my daughter 4.8 miles. We both agree the time flies by. People love the look of the bikes. In this day and age, it’s nice to see people smile at you and recognize that you’re on an e-bike. “Nice bike” is all we hear, and people are seriously, genuinely interested. I adore my bike; it's been with me for a year and is still going strong. It rides smooth. Its folding ability makes it easier to toss in the back of my car. The battery last for a while and it’s fast. My only issue is finding replacement parts, specifically a throttle handle, which I've been attempting to procure for nearly two months. ... show more

The bike arrived a day later than expected due to FedEx shipping delays. Regardless, when i opened up the box, talk about the excellent packaging the company went through to make sure it arrived all in one piece. Took me like 10 minutes to unwrap all the cushion. I have to admit, assembling wasn’t the easiest thing at all. I actually watched YouTube videos and asked for professional help. The book manual isn’t the best, as it’s in black/white. As for the bike, it is very strong and very easy to ride. It’s not complicated to use, especially if you’re new to E-bikes, I recommend this one. It goes up the hills well and accelerates pretty well. Everything about the hike is what you want. Of course I plan to upgrade some stuff like a bike seat and add some mirrors. The seat that it comes with isn’t bad at all though. If you’re in the market for an e-bike and just want the basics, I highly recommend this one. I don’t regret buying it, I would recommend it to any of my friends. I’m not the one to write reviews ever but had too for this one. ... show more

Purchased (2)-EB7 ST bikes back in July. Very pleased with the ease of assembly and quality of these bikes. Have adventured on many different trails and they handle very good. The battery life is good on one of my bikes and the other, its seams to only charge to half its power…? Working with the support group and they are working with me on this issue.     • Awesome Bikes for Senior Couples !!

My wife has been wanting an E-Bike for years instead of peddling the folding clown bikes we have been using on our boat trips, so finally after talking to friends and watching some youtube videos we decided on buying these. OMG are we glad ! These bikes are amazing, they go anywhere, the learning curve is very fast and the "assembly" consists of installing the seats, handlebars (wires already attached) and screwing on the pedals. The few tools you need are already included plus extras if you need to make adjustments on other parts of the bike sometime in the future. Engineering on these seems to be outstanding, they have thought of alot of things like a stand on the frame so when you fold the bike it doesn't just fall over. Controls are all easy reach from the handlebars so no complicated issues there and the learning curve is fast !! Riding them is way cool, my wife having some mobility knee issues had it 100% figured out on the 2nd time out and cant wait to do more!! If you are considering E bikes these are definitely a great option and we couldnt be happier ! ... show more
