Holding up well
EZ to assemble. Is holding up well even after a year of almost daily use. Have had to replace tube and tires but we live on a rough mountain rd - in the desert, so that would be the case with any bike. Overall we are very happy with this purchase

Great Bike at This Price Point
Purchased this for my brother and he loves it. Speedometer bracket (holder) came broken during shipping and contacted seller and received a replacement within one or two days. Good communication with seller, bought with rear basket but it ships separately and had a difficult time with carrier but kept communication with seller and basket eventually arrived.

Excellent for the big man

Excellent choice for large riders. It's the Cadillac Escalade of ebikes. It is not very maneuverable, not quick, but great for long rides, and I got it up to 40mph on a slight downgrade. It will save huge on grocery runs, but this is.not a bike that you want to ride without power. You can ride it on a flat stretch in baby gear just fine in a pinch, but pray for no hills. Pros -Super Heavy Duty -1767 Watts peak (30 amp controller) going to a motor capable of 2000watts -It has Automatic Cruise Mode! (Hold foot button while moving) - Full suspension - Step Through and rear basket make it an excellent grocery getter - very tall let's my 6' + frame extend when pedaling -70 miles of range is REAL (if you are 150 ibs) I got about 50 cruising 18+mph and I'm 240 ibs -Jasion Support did me right Cons -Due to design and crank length you have to learn to stop pedaling when you turn or your pedals WILL drag - I had some small problems but Jasion Support fixed them. - Jasion Support is SLOW. They take a week to answer every email....every time... - No fan on charger, and it gets hot. Upgrade Suggestions -The rear shock was at its max with my 240 ibs.. I got a Air Shock that rides twice as nice, and you can adjust it. - Tires. The stock tires are loud and ride horrible. I got the YunSCM allscape/ultraverse FOLDABLE clone tires. They are the same tread but are much lighter due to the foldable sidewalls. These tires make this bike almost silent, and traction is impeccable pavement or gravel. - seat...get a noseless seat you wont regret it Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. This bike is made for the big man.

Sturdy and work awesome!
We have road the bikes on different terrain and the only issue was soft sand. Hard pack gravel and such was a great ride. The bike weight is 57lbs. Assembly was easy enough, due to being mechanical inclined. The 2 bike eal was a great value and were received when expected. The bikes are very well built and sturdy.

Great bike
Bought my 2nd after using the first in the field (hunting ) this thing runs the hills ,trails with really no effort at all , very quite , I don't use my 4wheeler as much now , fantastic performance and alot of power on the pedal assist too ,500' elevation change on a trail ,no problem 👏 😀 👍
