Was trying to find a vitamin to help me since my body has like...... MAJOR ...MAJOR...trouble converting regular vitamins to the actual right form that is used in the body......so before when I took other stuff.....I don't really think I was benefiting much ... since if my body can't convert it to the form it needs.......I really don't think it can be utilized much at all........but with this.....I've noticed more energy and my muscles seem to be responding more (but I'm not a doc so this is only my observations for my own body, not medical advice). ... show more

I am surprised no one is commenting on the smell of this product - did I just get a faulty one? I've taken this whole bottle luckily with no issues, but the smell is STRONG. It's like a sulphuric smell, but I know that this is fairly common with the Vitamins I've tried in the past too and seem to be due to the B Vitamins in it. Overall, I really like the ingredients in this so I will continue taking despite it! ... show more

I am so happy Jarrow decided to make a supplement for women that not only has multivitamins but also minerals. It also has methylated folic acid and b12. This is a superior multivitamin/ mineral supplement to what you find in your local drugstore.

    • An interesting women's multivitamin, but unfortunately no official verification.
I ordered these Jarrow Women's Multivitamins because they were intriguing with the proprietary "Lustriva" content and high percentage biotin supplementation. Being someone who takes biotin as a separate supplement from my usual multivitamin, it was convenient that this multivitamin allowed me to take one less tablet daily. Although the Lustriva and biotin content are a great novelty to try out, I am concerned due to the lack of listed regulation/verification standards for this supplement. I would be a lot more confident in these multivitamins if they were USP verified, but unfortunately they are not. The bottle doesn't even have a cGMP stamp on it, which is a much lower standard than USP that many other generic supplements have. Jarrow Formulas seems to be a well-established brand from what I can see from the Amazon storefront and their website, but for the price, I would usually expect USP verification or at least a mention of cGMP certification. I also found it quite odd that a women's multivitamin does not contain any iron supplementation. While these vitamins do include many other trace minerals, it feels like an oversight for iron to not be included. Overall, I'm still looking forward to seeing if these multivitamins provide any long-term benefits over my regular name-brand women's multivitamins, but the addition of USP or cGMP verification/certification would have made them more assuring. ... show more
