This product works well and is made well, nice setup, easy to use out of the box. It allows you to stand upright and power wash a large area (I got the 18" one) in a much shorter amount of time than using the wand. If you have an area that is really bad this may only take off the first layer you may have to hit it with the wand afterwards. Borders do have to be hit with the wand because the unit can only get so close to the house (for example). It comes with 2 wand extensions which came in useful when using just the wand, allowed for a more upright position. Also, a longer wand due to the extension helped power wash a 10 patio cover. It's all good, buy it!

Easy assembly. I used this to wash my patio and my driveway. It ran flawlessly and made the task much easier on my back and hands. I could never go back to the hand wand approach. This tool completed the project in about 1/4 of the time.

Cleaned 21 years of dirt and grime and Moss off of aggregate driveway. My pressure washer is 3500 PSI 2.5 GPM. This surface cleaner worked perfect. No clogs. The wheels were really nice for keeping it level and making it easy to move around. There was so much crud on my driveway that I had to do multiple passes and spray away excess buildup up as I went along. I'm halfway done. I finished part looks incredible, mostly thanks to this metal disc. Feels very high quality and still looks/works like new after using it for a few hours.

The item is great.. It does the job and the casters make it much easier to use. I have 4 stars because Ieven though its stainless steel I noticed that all the bearings of the casters are rusty after storing it after the last use - the unit is not likely to last long once it is used.

Update: Added one star. I actually put this to work for the first time on 9/11/25 and am very pleased with this device. My driveway is mostly gravel with a 100' x 30' concrete pad for parking on one end of the house- that was very dirty due to rain drainage always running across the concrete from the top of the property. See the pics: The soil was ground into the concrete surface and not just sitting loosely. I had the pressure washer running at ~ 2/3 throttle and outputting ~ 3500 PSI measured. I moved the unit across the surface at ~2.5 feet per second and overlapping each pass ~ 10%. It cleaned extremely well on a single pass and I am very pleased with this purchase. Due to the shape and the wheels extending out the sides, this unit is not able to clean up to the edge of anything and also requires the use of the standard wand and nozzle to clean the area not able to be reached with this device. Original: This device appears to be of very good design and construction with no obvious weak design areas. I purchased this to use with my 4k-PSI/4-GPM gas powered pressure washer on a concrete walkway and driveway. This unit is winterized, so I performed a quick function test using an old, electric, 1.6k-PSI/1.2-GPM pressure washer. This Janz unit performed as well as could be expected with no obvious issues. So far this is a good purchase at the sale price I paid.

I've used the JANZ 16" Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner once, and I'm satisfied with its performance. It's a great tool for quickly and efficiently cleaning large flat surfaces like driveways, patios, and decks. The four wheels make it easy to maneuver, and the 16-inch cleaning path allows me to cover a large area quickly. The stainless steel housing is durable and easy to clean. While it doesn't have any fancy features, it does a great job of removing dirt, grime, and stains. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase of the JANZ 16" Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner. It's a reliable and effective tool that has saved me a lot of time and effort.

I don't leave many reviews but I definitely wanted to with this amazing pressure washer surface cleaner! I bought the 18" because I have an electric 3000 PSI power washer and I had to clean off an outside basketball court. It took me all day because it's never been cleaned and it did an amazing job! The reason I cleaned it off is because a crew is coming to repaint the lines and they're also adding lines for a pickleball court in the middle of the court as well! 😎😁👍🏼 THIS IS GOING TO BE AN ALL CAPS TO HOPEFULLY GET SOME ATTENTION. ONE THING I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IS TAKING THE SMALL FILTER OUT IN THE LINE BECAUSE IT LITERALLY REDUCES THE PRESSURE BY 50%... NOT EXAGGERATING. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it! 🙂 👍🏼
