Wow, what a fantastic tool at an affordable price. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations when I initially purchased this, but after cleaning 40+ feet of walkway and a large 3 car driveway, I'm blown away at how well this cleans using my 2700 PSI power washer. I was a little shocked when I first used it, because it's dead silent (I guess I was expecting a loud whirling noise or something). I wondered if it was actually spinning under that housing as I couldn't hear anything, but sure enough, dirty water was flowing and bright pavement revealed after pulling over a few feet of walkway. Just awesome! One of my biggest concerns was the strength of the connections at the extension wand to spray gun wand and at the tool. I was worried side to side motion would snap or bend something. No issues, but I'm going to keep using primarily an up/down motion (forward/backward, whatever) and keep the short tool connector arm in that same direction. Use short side to side motion for 1/2 width of tool overlap and you should have no problems getting quick coverage and seeing good cleaning. Also, the wheels worked great as the washer moved over cement pavement as smooth as can be. Only time will tell of its long-term durability, but I'm beyond satisfied so far. When I ordered this I was expecting a good quality device. What came was a product that the company who made it was very proud of, complete with interchangeable pressure nozzles, wand extensions and parts. It's very sturdy and worked very well, making quick work of my concrete driveway and porch. The castor wheels make pushing it around like it's on glass! I would very much recommend this to anyone who wants a great scrubber and a fair price! ... show more

We have a large driveway of paving stones. It gets dirty and mold grows in our hot and humid climate. Several years ago, we spent about 2 months power washing inch by inch. The Janz surface cleaner is AWESOME! It is as easy as using a vacuum cleaner in the house and slow stokes did a remarkable job. I am a short grandmother in my 70s. My husband started the power washer because I can't pull the cord well enough. Other than that, I did 1/3 of our drive this afternoon. The bristles on the perimeter of the cleaner kept the water from splashing out, but the flow of water made me glad that I was wearing rain boots. I am very pleased with the results. You still have to pressure was around inside corners and other small areas but that's to be expected. I would recommend this item as it speeds up cleaning large open areas and sidewalks.

This is the best thing I have purchased in a long time. If you are tired of breaking your back trying to clean your porch, carport, sidewalk or driveway this is for you. Easy to hook up and use. My carport has never been this clean. It's also sturdy and easy to clean.
