These are so great for crafts. Obviously, they can break but I feel like they were pretty sturdy. Those round pieces of cardboard that comes in some frozen pizza? We painted and glued to these stisks and then fanned ourselves with them. Not a bad little craft to help beat the tmTexas heat.

Used for daughters wedding program. Outside wedding, no shade. Great value, very functional and sturdy. One thing I would add. (Read on Pinterest) if using with cardstock for fans, you must use Scotch double stick permanent tape. Glue makes the paper ripple. Glue sticks are not strong enough. We had to run to the store four times for more tape. Get more than you think you need, you can always return them ... show more
