First, I am not some young 90 lb gym rat. I am old and looking for exercises that will keep me off the floor unless I want to be there! That said, I don’t spend money on big exercise equipment unless I know I will use it for its intended purpose. I wanted something that would augment my treadmill. Weights or Pilates and reformers looked interesting so I decided to get this Pilates board and test the waters. I read the reviews and some made comments about it being cheap or flimsy but I found the opposite. The plastic is sturdy and good quality. The elbow pads and handles are well constructed and glide easily down the board. No glitch or hiccup at the fold line. Smooth glide the whole way. The elbow pads unlock easily so you can transition to leg extensions. The bands lock in place and I felt secure that they would not break away. The bar is a good diameter and felt comfortable. I have gone through most of the exercises and followed along with some videos. I found the Pilates board a great way to start my Pilates journey. Great price for the diverse range of exercises you can do. And when you are done just fold it up and tuck it away. I am really enjoying my board!

Very lightweight piece of equipment. I was worried about the sliders getting hooked on the middle section where the board folds in half, but this is not an issue at all. The sliders do make a small clicking sound when it goes over that part so if you’re especially sensitive to repetitive noises this may not be the equipment for you. I can’t hear it with headphones and music on. I can do a good mix of exercises and target different muscles easily. Decent resistance for a low-impact workout and I love that I can fold it for compact storage.

This multifunctional training board does give you a decent workout and variety of exercises. My issue with this product is that the manufacturing quality is not very good. The rubber feet on the bottom keep falling off and I have to keep gluing them back on. I do wish that the resistance for the core exercises could be changed and different resistance bands provided for the upper body exercises to offer progressive strength training. On the bright side, it is easy to use and can be quickly configured for a variety of exercises for the entire body.

This is a great workout board. It isn't as heavy duty as I thought it would be but gets the job done. You can do a variety of exercises on this - just YouTube pilates reformer board workouts.

I love this board! The exercises are pretty intense. I have lost 7 pounds in the last two weeks from finding videos on YouTube and working out with those I recommended to anybody I’ve been telling all of my friends about it. I actually bought a different brand not too long ago and I didn’t like it and I sent it back just to get this one. I’m definitely not sorry
