I like the sturdiness of the build and the smoothness of the ride. I haven't clocked the top speed but it is very quick. I was able to get information to unlock the speed limiter on the bike. The brakes are calibrated well and I had no fear of being thrown off. I can't really speak about longevity of the battery because I just got the bike but it's pretty hefty. We received a bike with a defective rear tire rim. The thing keeps going immediately flat within seconds. We have brought it to the bike shop numerous times and even had to purchase a new tire and tubes. It is still going flat!! They keep asking for more pictures. And I keep sending. All we need is a replacement rear tire assembly. This is what the professional bike shop owner told us. He said this one is defective. Sad because it is a very stylish bike.     • Good Value for the Money !
I've been riding this for the past two months with very little issues ! Came with a flat rear tire replaced the tube, no issues since although I took the precaution of adding flatout in both tires when I assembled it. Watch the youtube videos for assembly/repair as they are full of useful tips. If you're have no mechanical skills you won't be happy with any ebake the all require maintenance ! To me it was money well spent, Having a great time with my new toy ! Although 200.00 delivery charge does seem excessive, no discount for Prime members ... show more

    • Pretty sweet bike but has some flaws.
This is a pretty sweet bike. I put around 500 miles on it so far. There were 2 things questionable with it though. The battery that came with it was a 15 ah battery which was different in the description and the brakes were absolutely terrible and squeaky. So I wired in another 35ah battery so now I have 50 ah which makes it go so much further rather than riding it around the block and it dying. I also put on hydraulic brakes. ... show more

I bought this for my 10 year old son and he cried on Christmas when he saw it. It works great, as expected, but it sits higher than I thought. It’s definitely for someone at least 5’2 or maybe even 5’4. But my son who’s 5’ manages to get on and off and ride it without any issues. His friends too. The front light is hard to stay in place and wiggles so it’s facing downward. Don’t know how to fix that so we took the light off. We noticed part of the rear wheel hub looked like it might be coming apart so I quickly contacted the manufacturer's customer support through Amazon. I let them know my issue, and I didn’t hear back, but within a week was a brand new rear wheel and tire, about a $350 value, for free. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t normally write reviews but this purchase merited it. Oh one tip, buy some Tannus Armor wheel inserts to prevent flat tires. My boy managed to flattens both of his tires in less than 24 hours and changing those tires is not a fun and easy task. It’s more involved and time consuming than changing a regular bike tire and you don’t want to do it more than once if you don’t have to. ... show more

    • Was loving the bike, charger doesn't work.
(I mention how the limiter is turned on and off) Couldn't complain, until I realized the battery wasn't charging. Light on the brick part inline on the charger doesn't light up, battery doesn't charge. Will have to buy one from a different seller and that's ~$50 down the drain. That being said, it's not a terrible build. It works, and with the limiter I could probably get like 13mph on flat land once it caught up which isn't long. Without, it's probably about 22-33mph depending on the charge and the incline, going up hills, even without the limiter is still like 10-15mph depending on the steepness of the incline. Assembly was fairly easy, no instructions but it's all kinda obvious, tho I did follow a YouTube video where a guy did an unboxing/test drive. There's bolts on the bottom side of the seat that hold it to the frame and they seem to come undone from normal riding, will have to get some lock washer things or soemthing. For the price tag, I personally feel the motor should be able to put out more (a comfortable 35 without maxing out would've been nice) but for the town I live in with an average of 25mph and the occasional 30, it's not the end of the world. I went through generic tutorials on how to remove the limiter via settings and magnets and stuff and from what I can see neither control the speed on this bike. Instead the motor controller (the aluminum box with wires under the seat) has a binary response for limiting it. There will be two wires coming from the controller that plug into each other, unplug that connection and the limiter is disabled. All in all besides the faulty charger and no response from the company for a replacement, I've put about 60miles on it and it's been consistent. ... show more
