I bought this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. And I was not only surprised but so was she when she found out that she could actually change the color of the light so many times. I’m not exactly sure how long the battery lasts but I know it lasts at least all day and all night, and the size of it is small enough that she can put it almost anywhere, but at the same time it’s big enough to light up her entire room. I actually really like this. It is small. You can see compared to my Apple Watch… 3 stars because the remote does not work. Seems to be common, judging by reviews. Had my husband not thrown the box away, I would have sent it back. It does light up and cycle through the colors. And the colors are vibrant. I got the moon and you can see details. Came with deep circular scratches all over it like it was stored in a big bin of other 'crystal' spheres rubbing against each other for long periods of time and agitation. I tested it and it's just glass and doesn't refract like one would expect.. . And to top it off, the LED light didn't work due to a poor solder job on the exposed circuit. Seller was no help when contacted. Told me it's amazons problem and not theirs. ... show more
