I was worried when only one of the two boxes containing my loveseat arrived. The second box arrived 3 days later, via a different carrier. I took those 3 days to leave all the cushions out on my patio because they were off-gassing pretty significantly! But by the time the second box arrived they were ok and it was very easy and quick to assemble. I find it good-looking and comfortable, and it fits me well (I have short legs). The light grey is going to hide my cats' hair well and go with the other furniture I have, and I am using colorful pillows on it to spice it up (even tho it comes with lots of pillows). All in all the couch is pretty comfortable, it does take some time to break in. The assembly process was pretty easy, except I had a little bit of trouble with the arms of the couch not going completely down to the base.(as seen in pictures) I don’t know if that was a design flaw or just my model, but other than the couch is sturdy and comfortable. However, I would recommend getting your own throw pillows. The ones they provide are kind of flat. ... show more
