Needed a replacement office chair and decided to try one of these massage heating chairs. I did not have high expectations in them at all. this chair was reasonably easy to assemble, took me a bout 20 minutes. The massage function is quite pleasant, more than I expected it would be. the heating pad works, feels nice on the spine. The padding is quite nice on the seat, I suspect that the combination of springs and foam does the trick because it's comfy to sit on and i"m not small.I am very satisfied with the chair and honestly it is better than I had expected it would be. Solid base and construction. Decent price.

There was only 5 reviews on this when I bought it I was so nervous but all of the others had some bad reviews so I took a chance. I spend about 12-18 hrs a day in my work chair so I needed something nice. I’m SOOOOO glad I did! It was a breeze to put together and the massage and heat function is amazing, it have numerous different massage settings and you can increase and lower the intensity, the heat is just in and off. I absolutely love that you can adjust the back to where you want it and lock it in place( most chairs are with locked in one position or it like springy) this you can lean it to wherever you want it and then lock it! The arms are nice and sturdy and move well with the reclining of the back. The foot rest is nice and sturdy. I also like that it has a flap to cover the screws so it looks nice and sleek. I really just love everything about it. Best purchase on Amazon to date! Update: Got the pics to upload. I had to put a cover on the back cause my cat like to lay on the back of it and I didn’t want him to scratch the leather but I’m still loving the chair

I was a bit skeptical of this with little to no reviews but the ones that were there were good so I figured why not, and I’m so glad I did! It arrived earlier than expected, was easy to set up and is very comfortable! The massage portion is a little different than I was expecting, but I can still feel my back and shoulders relaxing and the heat feature is so nice, especially heading into winter! I didn’t think I’d care for the foot rest much but now I prefer using it vs not. I definitely recommend this chair

I am going to start by stating that I qualify for the "big and tall" category as a 6'3 260lb woman. I also have back issues (no surprise to anyone in this category) and have been looking high and low for a chair that is supportive but also well cushioned. It seems to be a difficult thing to find right now, of having seating that is cozy and comfortable. There was a single 5* review when I found this chair, and no actual review either, just 5 stars, so I took a chance. I went with this chair because it was the only one I could find that used coil springs in the seating rather than just memory foam. Don't get me wrong, memory foam is great, in the right setting. For a bed, sure, a pillow, yes please, but a chair that has a small area of contact, that foam doesn't stand a chance to hold up for very long. I only just put together this chair, so I will update if things change. The assembly is very easy, though it's the first time I actually put the legs on the base myself. I found that odd, but you can feel it is made with durability in mind. I would say high quality, but faults can hide in any alloy. The wheels are nothing but the standard, I would recommend replacing them with roller blade wheels if you want to move around easily. My very first impression of this chair after assembly, is it's much smaller than I anticipated. It looks like a miniature next the office chair it is replacing. The seat is smaller in both width and depth and if I lean my head back without tilting, it is over the headrest. The arms are nicely padded (which I love) though seem to sit higher than normal. This might be a plus to some and a negative for others, it depends on your proportions. I am considering removing them and just putting in a metal brace for support. The seat itself is comfortable. It gives, but is supportive. It's not overly hard, but not cushion-y soft either. I've had many other "ergonomic" chairs completely fail in this department, feeling like I was sitting on a shaped concrete slab, so I'll take this as a win so far. I have the back just slightly reclined, and there is some amazing lumbar support right where I need it. The foot rest seems flimsy, but time will tell. The only current negative is that the bars that extend the foot rest hit my calves when I put my feet under the chair. That might change when I get roller blade wheels installed as they tend to make the chair slightly taller. I have not tried the massage feature yet, it's not a reason why I bought this chair, but I will update when I find the time to play with it.

The seat is tilted back even when in the fully upright position. So, you can’t fully sit upright and work. I’m going to have to stack washers or something to raise the pan

I’ve gone through four chairs and I finally landed on this one. It’s worth it. The leather is soft, the massage feature is great and you can like back and use the foot rest. I am in my chair a lot because of work and I finally found the right office chair. Their customer service is amazing as well. You get what you pay for and this one 💯 worth it.

I sit for my job 8-10 hours in front of a computer. Love the massage/heat function really helps with long days. Chair over all is very comfortable. The assembly was super easy too. Other then that it’s a great chair for the price. Highly recommend getting one!!!
