I really really love this chair! It’s soft and comfy and pretty! The only downside I have found so far is I’m a little bit of a heavier girl and I barely fit in the chair. For reference I’m about a size 18 and I can fit but it’s snug. The chair is very supportive but just not very wide.

I love this chair. I bought it when I started working from home during COVID and it’s held up nicely. The seat cushion has conformed to my butt a little, but it hasn’t sacrificed comfort while sitting. The only reason I’m giving this is 4 stars is because I need to trade this in for something with a higher back. I changed jobs a few months ago so now I’m typing ALL day long and this chair is too short to offer any kind of upper back and shoulder support. It’s a shame because it’s functional and cute, but is better suited for someone like a student who wouldn’t use it 8+ hours a day ... show more

Aesthetically the chair looks great. Perfect. Chef's Kiss. Comfort Wise: (For the record I've got 3 herniated discs in my lower back and 1 in my neck- I've got back pain- let me tell ya'). I followed the suggestion of another reviewer and added " LHOTSE Gel Sitter Seat Cushion with Non-Slip Cover, Multi-Use Breathable Orthopedic Seat Cushion Pad for Car, Office Chair, Wheelchair or Home (16.4 x 13.8 Inches) " to the cushion (Literally- I zipped it in with the cushion- however I placed it on the bottom- Idk why) and it has immensely helped to distribute my weight in the chair. I'm 5'9 and over the recommended weight if that helps. I have also added a flat pillow for my tail bone and it's perfect now- I can sit in this thing for hours. Which my legs hate- but my productivity loves. Do I think the average person needs as much cushion as me? Probably not- my point was- even for those with back pain- it's a great chair with modifications. You don't have to sacrifice cute/ suave things in order to have comfort. They can go hand in hand. The only con is yes the chair squeaks here and there. However, I just consider it to be that it's singing to me the song of it's people. I really liked this chair at first (bought in September 2021), I loved the color, it was easy to assemble, and fairly comfortable. After a few months, the bottom portion became really uncomfortable and I had to sit on a pillow, which was fine, I didn’t care too much. Within the last month (July 2022), the chair has become unbearable to sit in. The bottom feels much harder, even with a pillow, and the back is so worn out on the inside that I can feel the two inner support bars and it’s caused very painful knots on my back. The chair is just deep enough that I can sit comfortable without a pillow on the back, but once I add one, it’s awkward and more uncomfortable. The warranty is supposedly a year, and I contacted the seller about it, but it’s been a few days and haven’t heard back. I’m incredibly disappointed in the chair itself and customer service. ... show more

I am SO glad I chose this desk chair. It's very sturdy and looks and feels much more expensive than it is. Very quick and easy assembly, beautiful color. I just love everything about it. The ONLY thing that could have been improved, IMO is the thickness of the actual seat cushion. Don't get me wrong, it's comfortable, but i did something to make it even BETTER: I ordered a waffle seat cushion for less that $20, and the chair cushion is removable - it's held by velcro - AND it is a zipper cover - the foam cushion itself can actually be removed - (I don't know why you would, but there is a zipper. SO... I put the waffle cushion inside - just opened the zipper and slipped it in and it went in perfectly so now I have the original cushion with the waffle cushion underneath it, all tucked inside the beautiful pink upholstery - easy, looks great (see photo) and very very comfortable!
