After a year or so of having my original steamer, an interior screw or something came loose and inhibited the function of the item. I had loved using it and was quite sad it had stopped working properly. The customer service team at Jack & Rose worked very quickly to resolve my issue and provide replacement which was within their 2 year warranty. My replacement steamer is the same top notch quality, portability, speed and power as the first and I love it just as much as my original. The brand offers probably the best portable steamer on the market, with the unique functionality of steamer & iron, rotating head, packability, and international usage. The packaging is top tier and provides a satisfying and secure experience receiving the product. The amount of water it holds is substantial for a solid steaming session, but it’s easy to refill too if you need more water/time. If you are careful not to directly touch the metal plate or steam towards yourself, the rest of the steamer handle etc is safe and should never cause burns with proper use. I would recommend for the quality (I think my interior screw was a fluke flaw) and for the customer service and speed of reply and follow up care. I plan to keep using this brand for the rest of my life, realistically! I’m so impressed with this steamer. I’ve used several steamers over the years, and this is hands-down the best one I’ve tried. Steaming clothes is usually something I dread, but this was actually so easy and satisfying to use that I started with a couple of items and then kept pulling more things out of my closet just to see what else I could steam. It heats up quickly, works really well, and I love that it can be used as both a steamer and an iron. I often avoid wearing something or put it back in my closet if it needs to be steamed, but this is so quick and easy that I know I won’t hesitate anymore. I was honestly excited by how well it worked, and I know I’ll be steaming my clothes much more often now that I have this. Customer service was also excellent. They responded quickly, were very easy to work with, and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Overall, I highly recommend this steamer.

This steamer is my go to travel item! As someone who has had clothing ruined by hotel irons and hates wrinkles, I purchased this steamer for a trip almost 2 years ago and it has traveled the world with me since. It is more expensive than others on the market, but it's worth every cent! It works on all voltages, heats up really fast and the steam output is strong. It's extremely well made. I have never had any water leaks and it collapses nicely to fit into a carry on. I recently had issues with mine not producing steam after a lot of use and reached out to customer service. They could not have been nicer and rush shipped a new one to me for it to arrive before I leave on my next holiday. (Thank you Jaina! You're the best!). World Travelers, if you buy one thing for your next trip, make it this!

Excellent for removing wrinkles but only on certain fabrics. Works great on cotton shirts however linen and thicker fabrics will take more time. Similar to an iron, this uses water to steam and it doesn't hold much. One garment if heavily wrinkled could use all the water in one pass. The boot time is about 14 seconds so fairly quick, and has three modes for low, heavy and dry items. Cable is excellent and weight is decent. Good for travel and would recommend.

Best steamer I have ever used. Used in Europe for every piece of clothing and worked brilliantly. I prefer using the high steam on a surface (even the bed at a hotel) and it worked perfectly. Packs well, is not small, but at the same time, smaller than a pair of sneakers. I sometimes even prefer it over my iron at home.
