We had a delivery issue and they made it right. Very comfortable shoe and solid base. Better than a lot of shoes that look very similar on Amazon. Even though delivery is not their issue, I was refunded 100% and a new pair was rushed out. This speaks very well of the seller.

This is a markering gimic. This is a sad, very sad excuse for shoes let alone stating that these as 'dress shoes'. They shipped to you smashed together and then secured via a piece of clear tape. Not like a pair of dress shoes that would have inserts and in a shoe box etc. Think poor quality workmanship meets poor quality materials and whoop that's this item. You can't even call them shoes. I suspect the first time you wore them they would fall apart. And you wouldn't really want to wear them anywhere because they literally look so cheap and terrible they would be embarrassing.
