The product arrived broken. Very light cheap plastic. The box head previously been open and taped back together. This was obviously a returned item. That they just resold without inspecting.

I followed the directions completely, put the rubber gasket in the channels etc, and these cross bars incessantly whistle. I tried to get used to it, but unless my stereo is pretty loud it just a constant irritant. The return policy is only 25 days so I can’t even send them back. Steer clear and choose a different design ... show more

    • Whistles loudly when driving - poor customer service
I have written to customer service multiple times with no response. The crossbars whistle loudly above 20 MPH. I tried to resolve by reaching out, and now I am not able to return because it is over 30 days. Do not purchase this product.
