I use this mouse every single day at my office job. I am a designer, so I use it a lot. I also have terrible carpal tunnel, which usually leaves my forearms and hands hot, achy, and painful after a few hours (sometimes minutes) of use. Since I bought this mouse, I have been able to work full days without the inflammation and pain that comes with CT. I didn't think it would make that much of a difference, but it's honestly like night and day. I do use a small pad under my wrist when I use it, so I would also recommend that. I didn't think I'd want to use the palm rest but it's amazing. It really makes a difference for me. THe colors are so pretty on this and they turn themselves off when you're not using the mouse so it's not constantly draining. I've used this without having to charge, for work, for 3 or 4 days without needing to charge it. I love that I can change the speed on the cursor. I'm a gamer and I want to be that fast at work too. Have been using this for some months now, without RGB battery lasts for weeks. Its quite big if you have big hands this is for you, the wrist support thing its quite good, i feel no difference from a normal mouse.

Bought this mouse to help with carpal tunnel issues. It definitely does the trick as it is more ergonomic, however, buttons are very stiff and the glide over the mouse pad is not as smooth as it is with other mouses. Overall not bad for the price you pay.

I am returning this item. I failed to notice that it is for small hands. My hand is medium, and this mouse leaves the middle of my hand unsupported. Also, this mouse flares out below your little finger. My finger slides off the flare onto the table/mouse pad, which leaves the corner of the flare uncomfortable under my small fingers. Possibly this would work for a small hand. My other mice have no such flare and my fingers comfortably touch the mouse pad. ... show more

The images in the description lead you to believe that there is a button above and below the thumb. I bought this mouse because of that. I want a vertical mouse that I can roll my thumb up or down for those two buttons. The button below the thumb changes the color of the LED ribbon that wraps around the mouse. I don't give a hoot about the color. I would prefer that it were off with a small LED to tell me if the mouse is on/off and when charging/charged. It works well as a mouse except the right mouse button occasionally lacks the tangible 'click' when pressed. ... show more

As someone with large hands (XL/XXL glove size), this mouse was the only one I found that had the proper mix of size, vertical tilt, and support. I chose to use the wrist rest to remove any wrist movement from the equation, and once I became used to it (after a week or two) I have never looked back. It’s large enough that I don’t feel like I have to claw-grip it. The wrist rest also eliminates the need to squeeze the mouse while it’s being used, thus further reducing strain. Other mice have the rest in the wrong place, but not this one. I tried pretty much every ergo option out there from all the major brands, track balls (thumb and hand) and this remains the only mouse I can use all day. For battery life, I turn the mouse off after each work day and it lasts me over a month at a time. It’s never actually died on me, I just plug it in every 5 or 6 weeks when I think of it. I also disable the LEDs every morning when I power it on. If I had to pick 1 con, and what prevents this from being 5 stars, it’s that it does have a very mild coil whine (high pitch electronic sound). It’s almost imperceptible, but in a very quiet room you can hear it, and if you flip the mouse over you for sure can. I had a replacement sent (good service) and that, too, had coil whine. I rarely notice it since I even the slightest background noise covers it. That being said, I highly recommend it. If you have large hands and want to save your wrist and hand, this mouse is awesome! ... show more
