Set the Tracking slider to adjust how fast the pointer moves as you move the mouse. Try using a different surface to see if the tracking improves. Turn the mouse over and inspect the sensor window. Use compressed air to gently clean the sensor window if dust or debris is present. If multiple Bluetooth wireless devices are in use nearby, try turning them off one at a time to see if the issue improves. Bandwidth intensive devices can affect tracking.

This is a quality refurbished version. Other than the packaging, it feels brand new. Works very well so far and I am glad that I decide to get a refurbished one which saved some good money while work the same as new!

    • Doesn't work
Even though I don't like reconditioned electronics, I bought this mouse specifically because it's battery operated, not rechargeable, and those are not made any more. Unfortunately, it refuses to work with my Apple Mac desktop. Once the batteries are in and it's turned on, it seems to be on as it should be: the little green light above the on/off switch shows up, though it's not steady; it flickers. But the word "Connected" never shows up, the way it does with my old one and it won't move the cursor. Useless. I wish I knew how to return it for a refund or, at the very least, for an exchange. ... show more

Overall, great mouse. I have a handicap in that I was born with some missing fingers, which makes a typical mouse scrolling wheel really difficult to operate. The magic mouse can scroll with whichever finger you use so it works super well for me. The only thing I would improve would be a couple buttons near the thumb side that could be configured to copy/paste or whatever controls you use. Due to my limitations right clicking is challenging, so I wish there were some customizability options. ... show more

Works fine, but arrived in poor condition with dirt, tape and adhesive residue on the mouse surfaces. The tracks on the bottom were rough as well but worked fine once I lightly sanded them. Would try a different seller next time.
