We've two kayaks and a makeshift pole to secure to my roof rack. Somehow stumbled upon these and saw the price and took the leap. Well worth it! Talk about save me the hassle! I don't know why I didn't order these sooner? Totally worth it. Heavy duty enough where I didn't feel like the product was cheaply made either. Easy to install. Holds 2 kayaks well. (Mine are not 12 ft kayaks) UPDATE: these did not work on my 2010 highlander. The roof rack is only a few inches from the cars roof. The mounts did not sit properly. The part to screw in scratched my roof as they were hard to get underneath. We had to use my dad's Kia. The racks fit perfectly on his.

Since I moved I don't have a space on the water to keep my paddle board. Now I have to get it there to use it. I was excited to get the opportunity to try these. Pros: --Easy to use. I had never attached anything to any roof rack ever and did this by myself relatively quickly. I was particularly proud of lifting the SUP over my head. --Easy to tighten knobs --Comes with lots of straps with secure buckle --Sturdy, cushiony, and grippy --Can be used with round or flat roof rack bars --I felt pretty cool driving around with my paddle board on my FJ --Easy to store because they stack into one another Of note: --It came with two sets of two. The pictures show only one of the sets. I definitely recommend this roof rack. I may even use it to move a headboard later.

Yeah, I built a rack to transport kayaks on top of our Tahoe. It wasn't pretty and it was a lot of work to set up. So in my mind, these are the greatest racks ever. Super easy to install and easy to use. And unlike theakeshift one I built, these can stay put all season. No more repetitive set-up and take down. Just load up and go. Definitely worth buying.

This is a good quality set of racks. I have been through a few sets that I didn't like for one reason or another. These are working great. They were easy to install. The set includes different length straps. I recommend the long straps looping them over the j-bar at the top, through the bottom bar and underneath the roof rack for extra security.
