I purchased the IYING 6GB+64GB Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto Car Stereo for my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon based on the many reviews of this product, I also went through the entire “Questions” section so that I could familiarize myself with any problems or solutions that other people might have had. I have installed several Head units through the years and have some medium level knowledge on how to install. Taking that into consideration, what I found to be very helpful was that the company being from China seems to always be on top of their product they answer lots of questions and the response time usually is about a day or so. My item came with all the parts carefully wrapped in bubble material all of the wiring and small pieces in bags that are labeled and two informational booklets on how to identify your unit and how it should be wired along with a booklet on basic operation. You just plug everything in if its just a basic install without camera’s. I have a reverse camera and I added a Front camera so I can attach my Jeep to my RV or fit into a tight place the wiring is straight forward and everything worked . The trim pieces that came with the unit look just like the OEM pieces that I took off to mount the larger screen and everything went together nicely. Take your time and run all of the wires through the dash and bundle the extra wires up so that you can snap the head unit in place. There are allot more wires and clips than before and they may get in the way of the AC holes when you snap everything in place. They even give you more clips if you have to remove the unit to get the fitment right. The bottom line is that this unit is very slick with a giant screen and might add that there are two screen protectors on my unit I know because I reached out to the seller and they sent me a picture to demonstrate that it had two. You can find many videos on how to set up this unit as it is Android based and the company gives you the admin password to define the settings you like. This item is half the price of other’s, and you get a great unit with lots of functions that should serve you well.

Only good thing about this radio is that it looks nice. I bought it last year in January and have had issues with it ever since. A lot of the time the radio won’t even turn on. The sound never works. Almost every time I drive somewhere I have to restart my engine on my jeep to reset the radio to either get the screen working or the sound to turn on. When you connect through bluetooth, it will not disconnect even if you turn off bluetooth on your phone, and disconnect through the radio. I have to restart my phone just for it to disconnect and sometimes that doesn’t even work. On very rare occasions when I’m driving the radio will cut out and a high pitch noise will sound until I restart my engine. Very disappointed considering I spent $600 while there are similar ones for half that. However, it was very easy to install and fits like OEM finish.

Overall the device is satisfying, it was not hard to install and it looks nice. I had a problem with the unit restarting randomly while being used, the issue was not caused by software and it took me a while before I excluded all the obvious reasons like overheating or settings. The support was very fast to respond to emails and trying to diagnose the problem, they sent me a replacement device that solved the problems. I mostly use it with a Google Fi sim card, listening to Spotify and navigating with Google Maps, it's convenient that Google Play Store is available. I don't use car play, it works but I don't need prefer it the native experience. No issues with performance (by Android standards).

I bought this unit and installed it myself on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler JKU - Rubicon. It was easy to install the aftermarket housing that replaces your original dash area over the speedometer and RPM gauges as well as the unit itself since it fits perfectly. I did connect the wires but the radio signal does not work and the Navigation didn't work as well. I took it to a professional Car Audio place and they connected everything correctly. Unfortunately the radio still does not work and they said this is common with aftermarket products, especially Chinese products with the original wires that come installed in the vehicles. The microphone included picks up engine noise VERY easily so you will need to move the microphone very close to your head, wherever that will be located in your specific vehicle. The back up camera is decent but you will probably want to upgrade down the line as it is not high quality... but it does the trick for daytime reversing. I would give this an overall 4 to 4.5 stars just due to the unit being HALF the cost of the others I have researched and has performed very well. The touchscreen is very responsive and fast. I also had the Car Audio guys hook and play with the car audio which is now connected to the original audio equipment (premium Infinity) and it sounds AMAZING!!! The connections for external equipment works well but I do wish there was an HDMI input but I'm sure an adapter will take care of this. Overall... very happy with the unit but I do wish it came with a users manual. I have lot's of questions and after installing it late in 2021, still figuring this thing out but very capable. That's my two cents but so far... so GOOD!
