I couldn't imagine doing tattoos without this printer! Gone are the days where you spend hours tracing the PERFECT stencil only to have your client complain about placement after it's stuck. That became so frustrating I almost quit the business. What I love about this printer is that you don't have to print the design on a desktop printer and then align that print with the transfer paper. This allows you to send the image directly to the printer and it just prints. The stencil quality is clean, bold, and I've yet to have one that wasn't usable. At least one that wasn't usable because of an error on my part. Overall extremely easy to set up, feels quality made, and the nice carrying case was a very unexpected surprise. Phenomenal super easy to use, it is app run, and if you want the stencils they have you have to use a membership but you can upload your own designs ect. Lightweight, stencils came out perfect and with the transfer stick I got worked perfectly. App for the printer works on android and iPhone.

Everything is blocked behind a paywall. You can pay $12 a month or $36 a year. Also, the restore purchase option does not work. I had to get a new phone and it has been days going back and forth with their customer service trying to get them to connect my account because it's glitched somehow in the app (same email used for both the in-app account and the method for payment). Their customer service is located overseas so if you are in America they only respond around midnight (mountain time). Alongside all of this, the printer is pretty cheap and catches on the papet and snags up into the machine a lot causing a ton of prints to fail and wasting paper. ... show more
