Had a very hard time putting on the protective caps at the end. After a really long time and lots of elbow grease I got 3 of the 4 on but can't get the fourth one to lock. Very frustrating and not an easy assembly.

This product was easy to install. It took about 45 mins for the initial set up but that was mainly because I had to attach the support arms to the cross bars. Now that they are attached I can get this cross bar attached to my Telluride in about 15 mins. The hardest part is the spacing but the instructions have a detailed diagram of where to place them with measurements. I have not used it yet with any cargo boxes since I am still doing research but this does say that I can support up to 165 lbs if evenly distributed. It comes with 4 sets of key and the actual bracket used an Allen wrench in order to tighten the bolts. So if you lose the included Allen wrench you will be fine.
