The fixture is pretty, the first one I received did not have the Crystal hanging for two of the light .had to return and receive another one. After receiving the replacement I believe the fist one was use. The 2nd package look different. And well pack.

    • Manufacturer needs to include installation directions for plug in.
I copied off another review: **this does come with brackets. Just not the ones I was expecting. It would have been easier to tell if it came with directions for the plug in, but it didn’t. So docked just one star for lack of directions ** This looks like a plug in, but with a copper wire coming out the back for hardwire installation. Directions are only for hardwire installation. QR code takes you to Amazon. Would be nice to have directions for the plug in - but they look nice so I’ll figure it out without electrocuting myself - hopefully..... ... show more

    • Difficult setup
Lamps work and look nice but I wouldn't recommend these. I bought plug in lamps because I'm not an electrician or even particularly handy. I had to have someone wire the lamps together for me. Even as experienced as that person is with lighting, he had trouble figuring out the correct setup of the lamps. The instructions are really useless. If the lamps aren't put together and ready to be plugged in, please don't advertise the product as such. Additionally, the bracket to hang the lamps is weird and lopsided. Instead of making the pins that connect to the lamp on a lateral line, they're diagonally placed. It makes installation unnecessarily aggravating. I purchased a set of plug in lamps previously that took less than five minutes to install. Definitely look for another product. ... show more

Description made it sound like I could pound in a nail and hang up lights and plug in. NOT!! Lights must be wired to plug-in cord. And to hang on wall, you must put two good size holes in the wall and hopefully you have them positioned exactly how you want them. So, we went to Hobby Lobby and bought 2-pack of 5 inch round craft wood. Attached bracket to that, using shorter wood screws, then adjusted the 2 nuts that hold the fixture onto the wood rounds. We put 2 very small screw in eyes at 11 & 1 o'clock. Used 2 Tpins to secure to wall. They look great but too much work to make it work. ... show more
