The Whole House Filter replaced carbon media rechargeable filters and the replacing the filters was a great time saving. Being on a well the replaceable filters improved the quality of the water to my house. This alone makes the WGB22B a good investment, but the Customer Support was above and beyond great. I had a situation where loosing water to my house was eminent when I called Customer support. I would like to thank Nick for his help resolving the situation. The "TIPS" he provided was very helpful for maintaining my system and his help with replacement parts was invaluable. If the quality of the system is not enough, the outstanding customer support puts you over the top. I recommend iSpring to my neighbors and anyone needing a water filter system. I installed my unit in 2018. Worked perfectly until last week when one of the blue casings cracked and began to leak water. I called customer support at iSpring and spoke with Sean. I explained that I knew it was way out of warranty and could he quote me the cost of a new casing. He said this should not have happened and that they would send out a new one at no charge. I was later informed that the casings had been re-designed, so they would be sending me a complete new unit to install at no charge. I have to say that I was VERY impressed that this company would stand behind their product like this! I received the new unit via Fed-Ex a few days later. Removed the old unit and installed the new one in about 1.5 hours. This is the third one of these I have installed (mine, daughter, & friend), so I have some advice about the leaking of the in and out ports on the head unit. The first unit leaked with thread tape, no matter how much I used. So, instead of using thread tape on the 1" fittings I used Locktite clear silicone waterproof sealant on the threads and let them dry for about 3 hours before putting pressure to the system. Never had a leak since in any of the units, including the new one I installed yesterday. I am completely satisfied with the installation and operation of these filters. ... show more

I got this product for my well water because it would get discolored after a heavy rain. So far it seems to be working well, but time will tell. ISpring's customer service is very good! I had an issue where the plastic threads on the filter housing had gotten torn up pretty bad and would cause leakage. I contacted iSpring about the issue and Francis offered to send a replacement free of charge! They did that even though I had bought the filter about a year and a half ago (it took me a while before I had time to install it). Like I said, so far it seems to be working really well so I would definitely recommend this product. ... show more

Have used these for a number of years in our home multi stage filter system. You cannot beat the quality, for once I really don't look for the cheapest. The price is higher than many, but I figure it IS what helps our drinking water.

I have Grohe and Hansgrohe AXOR product throughout my home. I pay more and I get the best of service. Just like the German brands, iSPRING did good by me, and not only I'm happy with the product, but when I experience issue, I actually did contact them, and they said 1-business day, and it was resolve in 1-business day. I called express-water customer service, to find out technical details that were not in the manual, and they disconnect my call 3 times, after waiting on hold for 7 minutes, and they DON'T return call...I'm telling you this, because if you value your time and sanity, you would want to deal with a company that help you when there is issue. You also get mounting brackets with the fixtures (be careful of those companies that charge $20 to $40 for bracket, after they sell you the fixture for $50) In terms of durability, the fixture are well made, and I expect them to last long form inspection I conducted before installation. You also have the option to use standard brass fitting (nipple) to interconnect the filters, if you want (i use brass because I just like to know they will last alot longer than other material) I also want to note, this is a family own business - it matters if customer are happy with the product, and if they need help, there is someone there to assist: WITH 1 Business DAY :) ( you never going to get this from those companies that make product, sell it, and don't care if you need help...THey also stand behind the product. I will post some picture of my installation, but I'm recommending this for the following reason: 1. Great customer service (1-business day response) 2. Excellent warranty for many years. 3. Well made, sturdy product that include all components (hint - mounting bracket). 4 Family owned business that is there to help customers when they need help: THANK YOU NICK & RICHARD~! I will post updates in the near future as I proceed with my product installation, and water testing. ... show more
