I could not get the prefilter to stop leaking nor could I get it off. I broke the tool used to tighten and loosen it. I contacted the company and Francis quickly ordered 2 wrenches and new gaskets. I was able to unscrew the cannister and put liberal amounts of silicone on the o-rings and plastic threads. It tighten and doesn’t leak now. Way to go ispring and Francis ... show more
